From the balcony of Moondrifter 703, you'll be greeted by wonderful Gulf views and expansive emerald vistas that stretch for miles. The fully equipped kitchen offers all the necessary tools to prepare a delicious homemade meal, allowing you to relax and savor your beach vacation. With beautiful upgrades including granite countertops, the kitchen seamlessly flows with the rest of the living space, enabling you to spend quality time with your family and friends.

The unit is thoughtfully appointed for families, with the first bedroom featuring a queen bed and a private ensuite bathroom for added convenience. The second bedroom offers another queen bed, and you'll also find a cozy nook area with a twin-over-twin bunk bed and a sleeper sofa in the living area. This unit is equipped with a washer and dryer, ensuring you always have fresh towels available.

For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a last minute trip booking, I received our rental agreement about 1:30 on Friday. We arrived late, after midnight on the same day, only to find our door code didn't work because our reservation had been canceled. It took over an hour to get someone to correct that so we could get in so we sat in the parking lot until well after 1 am, after a 8 hour drive. I spent the first day of our trip calling about our required parking pass and armbands since they weren't left in the unit, we finally received them on the 2nd day of our 4 day trip. There was no internet router in the unit so we didn't have internet. The condo itself is older and the beds are super uncomfortable. Towels were new with Walmart tags on them, but not washed. Getting someone to call you back about a problem is super difficult, administratively the trip was a disaster. On the plus side, When I did get in touch with someone they were very nice, quick to take ownsfership of the mistake and apologetic about canceling our reservation and the problems that followed. I requested one night of our stay be refunded and they quickly agreed, along with leaving $20 Publix gift card in the unit for us. As of today, 5 days later, I still haven't seen the refund hit my account. With the quality of the condo and the problems that go along with it, I would not stay with this company again.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we arrived, the unit had not been cleaned. Dirty sheets on the bed, towels in washer unwashed. Sand all over everything. The management was responsive and sent somebody out but it was still dark before we could unpack. The building we stayed in required wristbands but we were told that they were not needed multiple times. They were needed. The HOA president hunter us down and gave us some. The gate was locked that leads to the beach, this is a good thing except when you don't have the code. After waiting for several hours for a phone call back about the code I went to the office and was told there wasn't a code but they would check on it. I was quickly relayed the code by txt. Overall a nice condo with a great view. Management seems to be in a state of transition from another company

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We liked Moondrifter Beachfront Condos. They were very nice and helpful. They were working hard at improving and updating the property. The location was nice. But, we were disappointed with Moondrifter 703. First off the place was cleaned. 703 was decorated differently from the internet photos. The pic of the view from the balcony actually showed an abandoned nightclub. The living room furniture was old and needed updating. The couch and loveseat were blue. The chairs in the bedroom needed also. Photos showed white towels and sheets with nice bedding. We had brown old towels and Walmart mismatched sheets and bedding. No dish towels or cloths. The toilets were real old very small low. The bathroom vents hardly worked. The stove had a broken burner and a oven that didn’t heat. We got a new stove BUT only after many many calls and two repairmen ONE WEEK later. The dishwasher should be replaced next. Does a bad job of cleaning and has a small leak. The BAD part is the front bedroom smelled very musty because it had mold on the walls and ceiling. The closest was so bad you would not want to use it. And, we had guests who had to use it for one week having to keep the door open and the window with the fan running. Luckily they didn’t have an allergy to mold. Owners need to do some work in this condo. Also, needs painting.
