This beautiful home is designed and waiting for you. Is freshly renovated with cozy interior and heated pool. Almost everything is convenient 15-20 minutes drive away including Siesta Key, Downtown Sarasota and popular UTC shopping Mall. It is close to many good restaurants and coffee places. The home features a wonderful kitchen with new black stainless steel appliances, living room with TV for entertaining and dining room. Outdoor shaded patio has furniture, fire pit, TV and new grill. Every room is designed to relax for you during your travels. Each accommodation features comforts of home such a microwave, coffee maker, convection oven, blender and juice maker. Our cozy beds ensure you get a great night's rest as well. For your use we provide beach chairs and beach towels.

Every Thursday early morning is a garbage day. Every Monday morning is landscaping service. Every Wednesday is a pool maintenance day (around noon)
Barbecue grill and fire pit propane gas tanks are each guest’s responsibility for filling or exchanging as needed. Only plastic or paper in lanai area
Pool is heated 87degrees all year, additional heating is $50 extra. Clean the grill after every use. Don’t flush any wipes, paper towels or feminine

Newly updated home- great pool

The home was modern and very clean with a nice heated pool. It was in an older neighborhood with some run down looking homes. However it was very close to Hwy 75 so it was easy to get to all the sights in Sarasota. The owner was very responsive to our questions and very helpful. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed.

EXCELLENT PROPERTY

We have rented many VRBO's over the years in the Sarasota area and this one, by far, was the best. Very clean, nicely furnished, newly remodeled with higher end appliances. Conveniently located to grocery stores, restaurants and I-75. We were blessed with 80+ degree weather in late February so the heated pool was a wonderful amenity. Great multi function shower heads in both baths and extra rolls of toilet paper. Hope to come back soon.

Getaway for quality time

The house was great!! Very very clean! Everything was perfect! Everything in the house was updated. My husband loved the super big tv! Very quiet neighborhood. The house was a great location right off of main highway making everywhere we wanted to go very easy! About 20 min drive to the beach and very close to main Sarasota area! We highly recommend this house you will not be disappointed! Ps shower upgrade was amazing!! Thank you for such a great stay!!

Could have been great...but

The property was newly remodeled and impeccable. In a great location, easy access to interstate and other main roads. If three things would be corrected this would a great place. One the pool needs to be heated 24/7, if needed. Two, need to have basic cable, currently only options are streaming services if you have them, and three the smallest inconvenience, there was no way to light the fire pit unless you would have been a smoker or purchased your own BIC lighter. In my opinion if these three items are addressed, I would stay there again next year.

Just Okay

When we first arrived, the pool was covered in algae. We missed out on an entire day of the pool which is one of the reasons we booked this home. Being a homeowner with a private pool, it was clear the pool had not been cleaned prior to our check in. The response was.. Tuesdays are the pool cleaning day. Trust me, that algae was not simply a week old. When we left Monday morning, the pool water was beautiful and clear. Also, 2 of the 3 trashcans in the garage were completely full from previous guests causing the entire garage to smell. I will say that Gosia was lovely and quick to respond. However, the solution to the trash was for me to wheel the trash to the curb myself. Not what a guest is expecting from VRBO. I have stayed in many homes with VRBO and let's just say this isn't what I nor family have come to expect. There was also no offer to compensate us for the uncleanliness and inconvenience. Architecturally, the home was lovely other than the bedroom doors to the master suite and one of the other bedrooms did not fit the frames and did not close properly.
