About this property

Willit. Stylish pet friendly home. No pet fee

The house is tucked away in the quiet Lake Cunningham Hills neighborhood of Omaha. It is a beautiful, safe, walkable part of the city. Lots of sidewalks, shaded with mature trees. It is close enough to the interstate to make getting anywhere in Omaha quick and easy, but far enough that you wouldn't even know the interstate was close.

The house has four bedrooms with queen beds in each, and three bathrooms, one of which is a full bathroom (with tub), while the other has a shower only. The last bathroom only has a toilet (located in the basement laundry room). The fifth bed is a futon couch that opens up into a twin sized bed.

We have a Schlage keyless lock so you can get in and out anytime at your convenience. No need to share a key among the group. Everyone in your group has the freedom to come and go as they please.

The driveway is large enough for six cars. There is also ample street parking, on the south side of the street.

There are two exterior cameras on the property: one at the front door and one at the back. They’re there for safety and peace of mind. There are no cameras inside the house — your privacy matters, and we respect it.

We keep the house clean and stocked with a few complimentary basics, including some food items. Feel free to use them, but please do so at your own discretion. If you'd rather stick to what you bring, that’s perfectly fine too.

We're happy to share our space and hope you enjoy your stay.

Convenient City/Country location

This is a great location in relation to Lake Cunningham. The lake is a beautiful place to walk and can easily be reached on foot from this home. The home was clean and had everything we needed. It's a little dated and could use a refresh, but I would stay again

Family gathering from 3 states. Kids enjoyed the big fenced yard. Easy access to zoo(the main event), kitchen was just what we needed, and plenty of bathrooms for our small mob.

Great stay

Traveled with my husband, dog and sister's family including adult children and a toddler grandson. Booking was easy, communication with hosts was easy as well. Home is in a comfortable established and safe neighborhood. Home us comfortable with a great backyard. We tried a couple of the local restaurants as recommended on host site. The Alpine Inn is definitely worth the visit. We would stay again and recommend.

He didn’t communicate anything he refused to give a refund after numerous attempts asking for one his neighbor across the street watched us & was very racist i will be suing him in court very unprofessional man.

Makira, I have tried to be reasonable with you. You threw a large party with over 40 young adults smoking weed, playing loud music, cussing outside etc. The neighbours called me as this was too much. None of them were "spying" on you. I am a new host to the platform, and this was a terrible introduction. Despite all this, I tried to work with you. I shut down the party and said the others had to go but you could stay (you booked for one person). You refused and left with them. Then you started hounding me to refund you. How could I, when the cleaning and renting the ozone machine on their own cost more than you paid for the rental? I have not gone after you for any more money, despite taking a loss on your stay. You disrespected the house, have proven to be combative and unfortunately, have now put this business out in the open, despite me telling you that I would just chalk it up as you making a mistake and move on. Now everyone can see this review and I doubt you will get rented to again. It didn't have to come to this, but here we are.

Cute Older Home

Cute older home. Nice neighborhood. Pretty convenient to everything. Only about 20 minutes to the Zoo. Beds and pillows are a little softer than we prefer but were comfortable and we slept good. Toilets are a little low … especially for an older person (like me) to get back up. Nice size kitchen but could use a few more amenities (l let owner know). Two nice size sofas in living room area … one firm and one softer. Nice living area with another bedroom downstairs. Didn’t use this area but looks very nice. Toilet and sink in utility room downstairs also. Nice backyard.

Hi guys, I'm Ambrose. Thanks for looking in on my listing. I worked for many years as a travelling nurse, and stayed in so many different places, which gave me the idea to open up my home too. We (me and my partner) begun by renting out a room or two, but after covid started, we took a break from hosting. We are now back with enhanced cleaning protocols and also have updated things to make the house better for our guests. Instead of by the room, we now do the entire place hosting.

I'm also a world traveler, and have had the privilege to live with people from pretty much every continent. So, come in, see my place, and know that wherever you are from, whatever your orientation, you are welcome in my home.

It's a quiet and cozy neighborhood, making it a perfect escape from the busy city. If you like nature and a peaceful community, Lake Cunningham is a wonderful place to call home.
