Loved staying here. Very nice hosts who were prompt to respond. Spacious place close just outside of the craziness of downtown Seattle but also close enough to Hikes, eclectic shops, etc
Property as described. Great location and clean. Very helpful to have private parking spot as street parking looked tight. All amenities as described. Would stay again.
The property was clean and just as the listing described. Very cozy and I appreciated the fresh cut flowers in the vases in the dining and living areas upon our arrival. Bryan was prompt and thorough with all communication. I would definitely stay here again when in the area.
We loved Bryan’s place. 2 bedrooms upstairs and a pullout couch was perfect for a family of 5. Kitchen was well equipped, and Bryan very helpful. We really enjoyed discovering the waterfront parks of West Seattle.
Good location close to restaurants and convenient to downtown Seattle. Thankful for the offer street parking. If you like to walk, the neighborhood is perfect.
We flew to Seattle for a concert and spent 4 nights at the house. It was just as advertised, cute and cozy. Excellent communication with Bryan from reservations to check out. Loved the backyard too. Would stay here again if we go to Seattle.
The house was clean and quiet. Great location. For walking downtown West Seattle. Easy to Uber down to the baseball and football fields. Would stay again. Easy check in and out process. We had a wonderful stay.
Our stay was wonderful. The location is great within walking distance to grocery and other stores. Easy to get in and out of. The house was the perfect size for us and had plenty of room. The owner responded quickly to our questions and even came over immediately to fix one thing we mentioned. Would absolutely stay here again! Thank you!
My family & I (3 adults, 1 infant) stayed at Bryan's condo. The location was great. We were walking distance to shops and restaurants. The condo is well furnished with great amenities. The beds are super comfortable. Bryan was an excellent VRBO host who provided great instructions and was very responsive.
Property was exactly what we were looking for and close to major roads in/out of the West Seattle neighborhood. House was perfect size and each bedroom has its own bathroom.
Only thing to note is for parking 2+ vehicles, street parking is tight.
I will be looking to rent this again next time we’re in the area.
This was my fourth time staying at this property. Absolutely wonderful house. It makes you feel like you are home.
The host was very helpful. Grocery shopping is only a seven minute walk away. Walking in the neighborhood is very pleasant.

We had high expectations and they were surpassed in every way. The house was super clean, very cozy and had everything we needed. We would definitely rent again if we ever come back to Seattle. The communication with the owner worked great. We give it 11 out of 10.
4 adults with 2 locals joining us in evenings; perfect for us! Well appointed and easy to settle in. Convenient location and access. So nice to pull into the reserved parking spot at the end of the day! Easy to communicate with Bryan who responded quickly.
