Second floor includes 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom. Bedroom 1 has a split king bed (a king bed that has the option to split into 2 XL twin beds). Bed room 2 has a queen size bed. Both rooms include a work desk and chair. Each room has an air conditioner during the summer months.
The back yard has a small brick patio.
Parking includes an on street space in front of the house and an off street parking spot adjacent to the house.
