Located on 2.5 secluded acres near the middle of town, this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom cabin with a loft offers a peaceful setting for your getaway. The house offers views of nature to be enjoyed from the sunroom, deck, or gazebo. The property features a beautiful 1900s barn that's perfect for a photo backdrop. This cabin is located 3 minutes from Walmart and 12 minutes from the nearest winery.

All furniture was purchased in 2022. The living room features a leather reclining couch and two leather recliners. All three bedrooms have a queen bed, dresser, night stand and a closet. The loft contains two twin mattresses. One bathroom features a soaking tub and the second bathroom has a shower. A full size washer and dryer are located in the second bathroom. Kitchen appliances include a full size refrigerator, electric stove/oven, microwave, and Keurig coffeepot. The sunroom features a table for four while the outdoor deck features a glider and hightop table for three.

This country hideaway is the perfect retreat to come back to after exploring all that Southern Illinois has to offer.

So cozy and very clean! It was nice to step in and see all the amenities that were available from the plush bedding and towels to the extra little kitchen items. The only downside was we could not figure out how to turn down the air conditioner so it was rather warm especially the loft area.

Great Place To Stay

I found this place for my workers to stay while doing a job at Walmart in town. It was perfect, having the feel of home at a very affordable price. It was cheaper than a hotel, and they didn't have to worry about the hustle and bustle that happens at hotels (other customers, cleaning crew barging in during the day, etc). They worked nightshift and had no issues whatsoever with any disturbances during the day. I worked with the property manager and blocked out 6 weeks total for the stay. She kept in close contact with me, ensuring the guys would be taken care of. Perfect little home away from home.

Perfect for what we needed

The property was beautiful and had a nice little fire pit. The property manager was responsive. Had a little trouble locating the driveway, but found it easily each time we came back once we figured out the 46 Farms Cabin sign was actually where we needed to be. Oven may need some maintenance as I don’t think it quite got up to temp. Everything else was perfect!

Perfect place for our girls weekend getaway. Close to downtown shops and wineries. The cabin was super cozy, plenty of room for us to hang out. Nice outside seating on the deck. Ready to go back in the fall!
