Vincent is an excellent host. We met prior and he provided in person house tour and pool/spa instructions. Excellent location. Very walkable area.

Excellent house, location, and host

The house was exactly what we were looking for - spacious, clean, and an excellent location. Our host Vincent was very accommodating to our needs and communicative. Overall, renting with Vincent was a great experience that I would recommend to anyone, and I will certainly be keeping this house in mind for future rentals.

Chris and his friends were among the best guests I have ever had at our home. We communicated well prior to the rental date and they showed up on time which was appreciated. They left the house as they found it and were really the perfect guests. We hope to rent to him again, he is welcome anytime!

Great communicative host! Vince t was available immediately to answer any questions. Great house and just short walk to beach. Lovely views of beach from 2nd and 3rd floors! Can’t say enough good about this property and its host!

Sarah and her family were the perfect guests and are welcome back anytime. They respected the home and left it in perfect order. They were also a fun group who seemed to really enjoy the stay while celebrating the winter wedding of their son! Again, I hope they come back but next time in the summer so they can enjoy the pool and the beach!

Family Vacation

We had a great vacation as a family. The location is perfect for beach and you get the luxury of coming back to the pool and hot tub. There are restaurants, groceries, and everything else needed near by. Plenty of room for large family vacations and enough bedrooms for our size party. The property owner is great with communicating and answered any question we had prior to arrival. If needed he was always available. The house needs some updating and cleaning. Two spiral staircases were very hard to climb with luggage or with children. Dumb waiter is available for smaller items. The grill was very dirty and falling apart which made it difficult to cook on. All kitchen utensils and pans were there but not in decent condition. Overall we had an absolutely great stay and made memories that will last a lifetime.

Wow what a fabulous place! We visited in October for a family wedding. The house has so much indoor and outdoor space for all to spread out, relax and enjoy. Great location, views of the ocean and well equipped. Pool, hot tub and sauna were all perfect! One small warning, the only stairs are circular, so not ideal for someone with limited mobility. House is aging a bit, but that didn’t interfere with anything! Would stay again! Communication was excellent throughout the process.
