This cozy home is nestled under mature trees in West Nashville, just minutes from Downtown, Nashville West, Sylvan Park, The Nations, Green Hills, and the famous Hattie B's Hot Chicken, Bobbi's Ice Cream, and The Ridge. You may not ever turn on the tube because you'll likely be checking out all the fun decor inside or grilling and relaxing out back under the lights!

Amanda was an easy host to communicate with, but the property was overall not clean nor very well prepared for guests. There was only one half roll of toilet paper (despite us booking for 6 guests for multiple nights), the kitchen was greasy, and we encountered about a dozen cockroaches in the kitchen and bedrooms. Neighborhood was fine but would not recommend this property for a family stay as it could be sketchy. Also would not recommend to anyone with pet allergies due to pet hair on couches and pillows from previous guests.
