About this property

Quiet neighborhood, comfortable apartment, 10 miles from downtown Nashville

The apartment is on the ground floor of our home. We live upstairs if you need anything; but you will have complete privacy during your stay. There is a queen size bed in the bedroom. The living room has a full size sofa sleeper. Two roll-away cots are also available. The apartment is in a safe and friendly neighborhood. We have plenty of driveway parking. Enjoy Wi-Fi, lots of cable channels and a Wii for the kids. Children and non-aggressive pets are welcome.

Patterson Knob is in the southern part of Nashville. A rental car is recommended. It is an easy drive to downtown and local hot spots. We are 11 miles from downtown Broadway (average Uber drive is $15) and 8 miles from the airport. Living on a hill is a challenge for walkers but the view is beautiful.

The hosts were so sweet and accommodating for our extended stay. This was the most reasonable priced place in Nashville and we enjoyed taking in the hillside views during walks in the neighborhood and reading the eclectic collection of books.

Comfortable and great location

Cute and comfortable apartment in quiet neighborhood. Close to all the attractions without the chaos. Uber ride downtown was around 20-30 depending on time. Overall nice place for the price.

Nice apartment on a quiet hilltop about 15-20 minutes from downtown. Plenty of restaurants close by. Great hosts!

Perfect Stay in Nashville

We had a fantastic stay! The location was perfect for the Predators game, just outside the hustle and bustle of Nashville. The rental had everything we needed and more. Our dogs and cat loved the space, and Millie, their dog, was a treat to meet. We will always book here when going to Nashville. Highly recommend!

Wonderful peaceful stay

We came to town for a family funeral. This was the perfect fit for us. We could come back to the apartment and have a quiet evening. Our dog came with, and was welcomed by the homeowners. It was such a nice retreat, we would definitely stay again.

The place is good for 2-3 adults max. Just know that the only bathroom is in the only bedroom, so be aware of that if you have an extra guest. Also, no access to the backyard, but that was ok for our group. The place was clean and well stocked. Would stay here again if I am ever back in the area.

This is the perfect place if you’re looking for someplace quiet yet close to everything. It has everything you need, but at the same time is perfectly simple. Scott was born in Nashville. If you have a few hours, he will tell you where all the Civil War battle sites are and where dirt roads used to be that are now freeways. Elaine moved to Nashville in 1994. We met in the singles class at church and married 17 years ago. We live upstairs but will give you complete privacy during your stay. We are only a text or a knock on the door away if you need anything at all. We have 2 dogs; so beware if you have pet allergies.

Why they chose this property

Scott is a cellular engineer and a ham radio operator so living on a hill is where he wants to be. From our home we can see downtown Nashville 10 miles away and Short Mountain 40 miles away. We are 7 miles from great shopping at Cool Springs Galleria and 7.6 miles from upscale The Mall at Green Hills.
