Welcome to "Beach Haven"! Bring your flip flops to this beachfront condo and enjoy magnificent gulf views from your private, 8th floor balcony. This renovated Royal Palms condo offers free WIFI and a coveted location that's directly on the Gulf's sugar-sand beach with sweeping views and walking distance to the State Pier, Gulf State Park, The Hangout, Sea N Suds, the Pink Pony and shops/restaurants. Perfect for families, a romantic getaway, solo retreats, business trips, sporting events or time with friends. You will love the location and amenities of Royal Palms. You can expect a sparkling clean condo, quality linens, updated furnishings and a full service kitchen. We take pride in providing you with the best "Home Away from Home" as possible so you can enjoy all that Gulf Shores has to offer!

Accommodations: The condo can sleep up to six (6) people and has a bedroom with a king bed, hallway bunks and a sleeper sofa in the living room. The condo includes two full bathrooms which is always a bonus! We recommend four adults max for your ultimate in comfort.

Living Room: The living room area is open concept and features tile floors, a couch with a sleeper sofa, reading chair, 65" high def smart TV, a table for meals or game time (games are stored in the drawer on the table base) and floor to ceiling sliding glass doors out to the balcony. The balcony is our favorite place and it will wow you with endless views, a fresh breeze and the hypnotic sound of the waves. Free WI-FI and cable TV included.

Kitchen: If you choose to stay in to cook or prepare a snack to eat on the balcony, the chef's kitchen shines with gorgeous granite counter tops, a breakfast bar with stools, all appliances, utensils and serving ware. A Keurig coffee maker, drip coffee maker, toaster and blender are available for your enjoyment too!

Washer/Dryer: For your convenience, a private laundry area is available with a washer/dryer at no cost.

Bathrooms: There are two full bathrooms. The second full bathroom in the hallway has a tub with a shower overhead wand whereas the master bedroom bathroom offers a step-in shower. Both offer granite counter tops and a fresh supply of towels.

On-Site Amenities: Royal Palms is a low density beachfront complex offering an outdoor pool, indoor pool and hot tub, steam room, sauna and fitness room. The fitness room is equipped with a treadmill and bike, both facing views of the beach to make the time go a little faster! There are also outdoor showers to rinse off the sand from yourself and beach items as you are coming from the beach. If you are hankering for a BBQ, you can fire up the grills in the common area and enjoy your meal at the nearby picnic tables.

Starter Supplies: Included in your rate is a starter supply of paper towel, toilet paper, laundry soap, shampoo/conditioner/body wash and dishwasher detergent. Linens and bath towels are included. Personal care items and beach towels are not provided.

Beach Items: You can rent chairs and umbrella on the beach right behind the condo, weather permitting! Bring your own beach chairs if you wish, beach towels and any beach toys.

Parking: Royal Palms provides for up to two cars (no RVs, campers or trailers) for the ample parking offered onsite, based on a fee schedule of $50/vehicle/stay unless during the Hangout Festival where parking is $150/vehicle. We will leave one pass on the kitchen counter; please let us know if you need a second pass and we'll make sure to have it ready for you and the extra fee of $50 will be billed separately after your confirmation..

You will need to display a Guest Registration Certificate on the dash of your vehicle.

Enjoy full access to the condo as well as common areas such as the pools, hot tub, sauna, steam room, fitness room, BBQ grill/picnic area and outside showers. Public restrooms are located on the 2nd floor for your convenience if you don't want to go back up to the condo just to use the restrooms.

We are available by phone/text during your stay. For our guests' convenience, we use a keyless entry system so there are no long check-in lines or keys to worry about during your stay. Before you arrive, you will receive a Welcome Letter by email or text with your personalized, secure entry code as well as additional information. This code will become activated on your check-in day/time and is re-set for every new guest. We also provide a Welcome Binder in the condo providing you with recommendations for great restaurants and local things to do during your stay. There's so much to do in Gulf Shores you won't be disappointed! We only employ professional cleaning and maintenance teams to ensure your stay is comfortable.

About the Owner: After visiting Gulf Shores on vacation, we fell in love with the area and decided to purchase our condo. We love the laid-back vibe, delicious seafood and the many music events in Gulf Shores and felt from the beginning that this place had "good karma".
