It is a short drive to the excitement of trendy South Beach, Ft. Lauderdale Beach and a 5 minute drive to the Bal Harbour Shops and Gulfstream Racetrack/Entertainment Center. Conveniently located 15 minutes from Fort Lauderdale Int'l Airport and 25 minutes from the Miami Intl Airport.

A circular driveway leads to the property entrance which is highlighted by water fountains and lush landscaping features. Sumptuous landscaping composed of a variety of tropical trees and exotic shrubs. This classic Mediterranean styled architecture has spectacular Atlantic Ocean and Intracoastal Waterway views.

Excellent stay in very well maintained unit

We have stayed in this particular unit for a few consecutive years and have always been extremely satisfied. The unit is large enough for our needs, well equipped, very well maintained; always with a new update. Beach living is a wonderful treat now and then from everyday life and this condo fits the bill perfectly for us. The owner is extremely nice to work with. He is very particular about leaving the condo in good order when we leave, and this suits us very well, as we know the unit remains in good order. Thanx again for a wonderful stay!

Amazing Relaxing Stay!

I highly recommend this unit without hesitating! It is very conveniently located near the malls, shopping plaza, restaurants and most important on the water! The unit itself is very well maintained and has everything you may need. The owner was very attentive before, during, and after my stay for my wedding. Definitely going back on another staycation in the near future.

Best of Both Worlds

We were pleasantly surprised with the location of this unit. We're not a big fan of staying in the middle of everything but this provided a convenient location to go and explore. You're 20-30 minutes from South Beach, 20-30 minutes from Fort Lauderdale and just a few minutes away from a bunch of shopping (both retail and grocery). The unit is ocean front so you can choose to swim in the pool or the ocean! The unit also has wifi so if you need to get any work done or want to mess around online you have easy access. It was also very clean and the owner was accessible if you had any issues. The first day we had trouble checking in but he came over and helped get that squared away. Everything else went according to plan. I'd recommend this to anyone who'd like a comfortable place to stay (feels very home like) that is affordable and accessible to all the major sites. Also with the two master suites this works great when you go with another couple. My wife and I and her sister and sister's fiance had came with us, it was perfect as the rooms are on opposite sides of the condo. My biggest complaint is that the building doesn't allow for people to use the hot tub after dark but that is outside of the owners control. We'll be back next year for sure!
