The condo sits directly across the street from two public beach access points — a 2-3 minute walk to the sand. Sleeps up to 6 guests. BEDROOM & BATH
The master bedroom has a king-size bed in an ornate carved wood frame with a tufted upholstered panel headboard — the kind of centerpiece that makes the room. A mounted 65" Vizio smart TV sits above a full dresser, and the room connects directly to a private en-suite bath that shines: his-and-her sinks, granite countertops, dark espresso cabinetry, a large walk-in glass shower finished in travertine tile, and a separate soaking tub with a matching travertine surround. Two people can get ready at the same time in complete comfort without ever leaving the master suite.
The second bedroom features a king-size bed with the same carved ornate headboard, a ceiling fan, a mounted 55" LG smart TV, and a window with a partial Gulf view over the rooftops across the street. The third bedroom has a queen-size bed, a ceiling fan, a mounted 55" LG smart TV, and coastal styling throughout. Bedrooms two and three share a full guest bath with a double vanity, granite countertops, dark espresso cabinetry, and a tub/shower combo. Every TV in the condo is a smart TV pre-loaded with Netflix, Hulu, Prime Video, and other major streaming apps — no credentials needed from you.

KITCHEN & LIVING
The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking a real meal — pots, pans, cooking dishes, utensils, drinking glasses, plates, silverware, a spice rack, wine opener, and more. A Keurig Duo handles both ground coffee and K-Cups — bring your favorite. The great room flows from the kitchen peninsula (bar seating for 3) to the dining table (seats 6) to a large sectional sofa — wide open and easy to move through. The living room opens onto a private balcony with a partial view of the emerald Gulf over the neighborhood rooftops, with seating to enjoy the open sky and salt air. An in-unit stacked washer and dryer is available to all guests. We provide laundry pods, dish pods, and extra trash bags so you can travel light. The condo also comes stocked with an initial amenity package including hotel-size shampoo, conditioner, and lotion in each bathroom, toilet paper, paper towels, and various soaps — enough for the first 2-3 days.

ABOUT THE RESORT
Alerio is a newer condominium complex on Scenic Gulf Drive in Miramar Beach. The resort offers a community pool and hot tub, an outdoor grilling area, and a splash pad for kids. The beach is a short walk away, and you're close to restaurants, shopping, and activities up and down the Emerald Coast.

OTHER INFORMATION
Guests receive their own unique access code valid only during their stay. On-site parking is available for one vehicle. Additional parking is available down the street at the RV park for $30/day ($25/day cash). The one-car rule is enforced from March 1 through November 1 only. All renters must be 25 or older (except children with adults). Photo ID will be requested to ensure renters are of age.
