Beach Block Condo! Beautifully maintained condo in the heart of downtown Rehoboth Beach.

Right on the ocean block with steps to the boardwalk, and close to shopping and dining. Enjoy relaxation outside on the oversized balcony overlooking Rehoboth. Beach chairs and a wagon available for your use!

Coin Operated washers and dryers available from April 1st to November 15th. Only HE detergent can be used in the washing machines.

One parking space in lot plus One Rehoboth Beach Parking Permit!

This adorable condo is all on one floor and can easily be accessed without the use of stairs!

Great Rehoboth Beach Rental Property

We just spent four nights in a wonderful Rehoboth Beach condo. The ocean block Maryland Ave. location within easy walking distance to the beach and downtown Rehoboth Beach was perfect. The condo was clean and quiet, with all the necessary amenities. We would rent it again without hesitation.

The location was great! The place has a bit of a smell though. I was glad we could open the windows. The carpeting needs to be cleaned, lots of stains. The kitchen is new and the best part of the place. It was very annoying that we had to deal with a rental company when this was on VRBO. We had to pick up and drop keys at their office which was 15 minutes away. It doesn’t state that linens are not included until you pay for the property. There is a very long contract. They also charge a credit card fee and sign you up for a damage protection. Using VRBO is usually much easier and efficient.
