Welcome to Fort Fox, walking distance to the Yellowstone River, Sacajawea Park, minutes to downtown, golf course, fairgrounds, 89 miles to YNP, and 30 miles to Bridger Bowl. This carefully curated studio has everything you need to make this your basecamp for adventure. The galley kitchen is fully stocked with cooking supplies, pots, pans, utensils, microwave, drip coffee maker, toaster and whole house water filter. Alley parking gives you access to a comfortable queen size bed perfect for singles or couples. We have free wifi, a flat screen TV, HVAC, walk in shower, towels and a hair dryer.

We have been to Livingston many times, and Alain's place is easily one of our favorites. The property was exceptionally clean and fully equipped with everything we needed, including a comfortable bed, a huge shower, and a full kitchen. Since it was incredibly hot during our trip, the central air conditioning was a massive plus and kept us completely comfortable. Parking was great and very convenient too. The location is fantastic, sitting within walking distance of the Yellowstone River. Alain sent spot-on check-in instructions prior to our arrival, so the entire process was seamless. We never even needed to contact her during our stay because everything was flawless. Finally, we have to mention the delicious blueberry cake waiting for us—the other reviews are absolutely true, and it was such a welcoming touch! We will definitely stay here again on our next trip.

Weekend Away

This cozy cottage was the perfect landing spot for a quick weekend out to MT to visits our kids. It was conveniently located close to downtown restaurants and bars as well as two large grocery stores in the opposite direction. The accommodations were comfortable, clean and quiet. The property host was great, and we even arrived to a freshly baked coffee cake that we devoured and asked for the recipe. We will definitely look to stay here again on our next trip out.

Cute cottage, well equipped, so quiet, very clean, and generous good baker, I mean, owner.😉 She made us some blueberry coffee cake that was splendiferous!

A good enough stay

Property was one of three in a building, and it appears that the photos online were of the largest property. we thought that’s what we were getting. It was smaller than expected.

Solo trip to Livingston

Second time staying at this perfect little gem in Livingston. Came for shows at Pine Creek and some outdoor exploration. Easy walk or ride into town for coffee and snacks and had a great gravel bike ride on Old Yellowstone. The place is perfect for one or two people. It’s quiet and has enough amenities for a slow weekend at home and is close enough for the many activities the surroundings have to offer. I still need to give Yellowstone a proper visit and will look forward to that next time!

Exploring Park County

This little unit was perfect for our needs. Comfortable sitting/eating area. Nice kitchen. Comfortable bedroom and bathroom. Lovely extra touches - fresh flowers on the table, fresh mint on the kitchen window sill. Good communication with Alain and she left us a delicious blueberry coffee cake to enjoy. Lots of fun things to do in town, museums, music. Great hiking trails on the road to Yellowstone. Thanks!
