This thoughtfully designed townhouse features:

First floor: A queen bedroom, a cozy full-size bedroom, and a shared bathroom.

Second floor: An open-concept kitchen and living room with a 60" TV (Apple TV included), plus a balcony with city views—perfect for morning coffee.

Third floor: A private master suite with a dedicated workspace, ergonomic office chair, and ensuite bathroom.

Fourth floor: A rooftop oasis with stunning views of downtown Seattle.

This is my personal home, used periodically. Please treat it with the care you would your own. Some closets are reserved for personal storage.

The host was extremely welcoming and helpful during our stay. Very spacious for 4 guests and even had some bonus ameneties like board games. The notes left by the host were all so helpful too on how appliances worked, good eats in the area, and general knowledge of the area. Will definitely stay here again next time.

Very convenient, well kept

This is the perfect place for a family of 5 to visit Seattle. The home is well kept and centrally located. The street can be a bit crowded so the dedicated parking spot was a big plus. Would stay here again.

We had such a great time in a clean and beautiful home. Everything was stocked and the home is in the middle of town which made commuting very convenient. The street is quiet and we enjoyed gathering as a family- especially on the roof top!

Good location to downtown access. Parking on-site was a huge plus as on street parking was non-existent. Clean, well kept. Only negative would be the rooftop deck didn’t really have any furniture or tables that you would dare sit on or use. Overall, would recommend for sure.

Family get together

This is an excellent property that is worthy of its 5 star review. This is a clean, modern, nicely decorated, convenient property with all amenities covered including a much needed parking space. We also enjoyed the rooftop deck with plenty of seating, a BBQ and gas fire pit. Will try to rent again when in the area visiting family again. Communication with the owner was excellent as well as the check in and out procedure. A definite 5 star property.
