Very nice property, exactly as described in the listing. Hosts were excellent and answered questions quickly. Nice location very close to a bus stop and parks, and 10 minutes walk to supermarket, pharmacy and restaurants.
We enjoyed staying here once we figured out the parking . Because we had to accommodate three older women like in their 60s and 70s . We parked in the front by the main road it was easier for them to get to the house. Over all wonderful place to stay at .
We enjoyed the place very much, street parking was easy and the place was the cleanest vacation rental I have ever rented. Plenty of room for our family.
Really cute house, beds and furniture were comfortable, plenty of seating in the main area, kitchen was well stocked, owners were communicative and helped us out with a small issue. The location was pretty good although the road beside the house is a little noisy but the public transport stopped right there conveniently, and the driveway was a little tricky with a Toyota Highlander. We were able to find street parking most days so that was great. Overall it was a nice stay and great for what we needed!
The house was great for our trip to see family. The location worked to get anywhere pretty easily. The parking space was a little tricky to get out and in, but doable with a three point turn.
The goal of our stay was to visit some sites downtown and we found the location of this place to be nicely centrally located. The residence was very comfortable and cozy. We would definitely stay there again!
Location and amenities were all perfect for our time in Seattle to attend a concert. Beds were comfy, kitchen was supplied well and the place was very clean upon arrival. Highly recommend.
We had a great experience staying at this home. The house is fully equipped and it is located right in front of a park with running/wlaking/biking trails. The host is super quick to respond to any inquiries we had. The parking spot is tight but we had no issues with our Subaru Ascent.
We really enjoyed the location beautiful area for any age. Grace had open lines of communication and responded in timely fashion. Would definitely recommend and be eager to stay again in the future.
This is a wonderful property within walking distance to several parks and other amenities. There is adequate and easy parking on the street or in the nearby park. It was perfect and clean for our 5 adults. I wouldn’t recommend it if you have mobility issues that make stairs extremely difficult. Other than that, I would highly recommend it for a larger group. We loved the location and the house is beautifully appointed.
Boys decided to join us for a baseball weekend which was enjoyed by all. Location & rental were great! Easy to grab an Uber to town & ball field. Driveway & parking a little tight unless you have a smaller vehicle.
I was very pleased with the location and how easy it was to get to and from downtown Seattle, the property and the airport. Grace and Meg were wonderful hosts and provided me with everything I needed to know before my stay. The next time I visit Seattle I would gladly stay at this VRBO again and would encourage any friends to do so as well!
The property was great and the kitchen was well stocked. As other reviews said, everything was very clean. We stayed over July 4th, so people were setting off fireworks at the nearby park late in the evening, which was less than ideal. The parking is a little challenging and locating it was a little challenging, but it was great overall. We would definitely stay again.
Townhouse was very clean. Beds were comfortable. Assigned parking spot was difficult unless you had a small car. We were fortunate to find on-street parking which was more convenient. Problem with lock upon check-in which was promptly resolved by owners.

About the host
Hosted by Grace Reamer
We - Grace and Meg - live in the Central District, where Park Place is located. We have been neighbors for over 20 years. We started a neighborhood association together, are avid gardeners, raise chickens, and our families even travel together. It was only natural to become co-hosts for Park Place, together! We love hosting because we get to share what we know and love about Seattle.
Why they chose this property
The Central District (CD) is just that - central! You can walk in all directions and quickly come upon public parks, hidden ravines, hilltop views, waterfront and beaches, bakeries and cafes, museums and international cuisine. We love the Central District for its location, cultural history, and its sense of adventure. It has always been easy to get anywhere in the city from the CD, but beginning March 28, 2026, it's going to get even easier: The Judkins Park Link Light Rail station is opening, just a 3-minute walk from Park Place! Leave your car at home!
What makes this property unique
Park Place is on the boundary of Judkins Park, a sprawling park with ball fields, bike paths, a skate park, bike polo court, picnic areas, and children's playground. It is connected at the north and south end by yet more parks!
The bedrooms at Park Place are quite separate from each other. None of them share a common wall - so they are very private.
The kitchen at Park Place is small but mighty. Grace and Meg love to cook, and they have lovingly outfitted the kitchen with every cooking and serving tool that an adventurous cook could desire.
