We stayed in two rentals this summer waiting to close on our new residence. This house was far superior than the other in terms of cleanliness. The house had all newer kitchen ware which was comforting. We would stay here again!

Great property, responsive property manager

Overall our stay here was really great. The property is beautiful, in a nice neighborhood, and the house was clean. It worked great for our family of four for the week. I truly would stay here again. I also would have given five stars overall if it werent for a few details. We lost our hot water for a day, though it was fixed and the property manager was very responsive. There is a very nice screened in outdoor area, but we had to clean it out bit to use it. The three bedrooms upstairs are beautiful, but i would be hesitant to put someone in the forth bedroom downstairs for a week due to the proximity to the basement.

Very clean and easy access to beaches and shops.

The property was clean and had plenty of space and amenities included. The Narragansett Properties were very friendly and helpful. Great communication and very professional. I would stay there again!
