This beautiful two story, 4 bedroom/2 bath home features a large open living area on each floor making this an idea rental for families with children or larger, extended family members looking to vacation together. Located in the private cul de sac of the Villlage at Point Judith, this home is a short walk (.5 miles) to Roger Wheeler Beach and Scarborough Beach (1 mile) and is approximately one mile from the Block Island Ferry and Galilee. There are restaurants, ice cream shoppes and pubs within walking distance as well.
The home is on a private, clean and clear lot surrounded by wetlands. The outdoor space offers a sizeable deck with seating for 12 and a weber grill. There is also a newer, outdoor shower for cleaning off after spending the day at the beach. The shed contains everything you will need to make your beach vacation a relaxing and enjoyable one including beach chairs, boogie boards, beach toys, umbrellas and yard games .
Inside the home, you will find each of the four bedrooms features a queen size bed with new linens as well as an extra bunk bed in the lower living area. The home is equipped with central air to ensure you stay cool during the hot summer months. The kitchen was newly renovated with all kitchen necessities to make your vacation meals with ease. Second year renting this home! Our family enjoyed our stay. Ample space for the whole family, lovely deck and backyard. Walking distance to Auntie Carries, Iggys and the beach! Hoping to rent again next year!

Quick drive to the beach and some local restaurants. Location allowed an easy day trip to Newport. Layout of the house allowed for teens to have some space if they wanted. Nice fire pit outside for s’mores and family fire time after a day at the beach. Overall a nice quiet location close to all amenities. Would recommend.

A wonderful vacation rental!

We loved this spot! Close to everything and the house was laid out well for a family of seven - with an upstairs and downstairs living area. Exactly as advertised and we would absolutely stay there again. Hosts were terrific - very responsive!

Perfect location for a family vacation. Quiet neighborhood for walks and less than a 5 minute drive to the beach. Large deck with ample amount of seating for a large group. We already booked our trip for next year!

Quiet and spacious home close to the beach.

Our family really enjoyed renting this home for our summer vacation. The home was large enough to accommodate our family and close to local attractions. The homeowners left a welcome basket of goodies upon our arrival, which was a nice touch. We would definitely consider staying here again for a future Narragansett visit.

Great location

The house worked out well for our multi generational group which included our dog. The neighborhood was great for walking and bikes, close to beaches and restaurants. The outdoor shower and private yard were nice. We appreciated the mini splits in each room so everyone could adjust to their liking. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider renting again next year.

RI vacation

We had a very nice stay. The only complaint would be that my daughter and I had to do some cleaning when got there....mostly in the kitchen, though my husband didn't even want to use the grill until he went to store and bought cleaning tools and scraped the interior peeling cover. House is good size and well equipped and in great location.

The house was perfect for our first family vacation with a 3 month old and 2 dogs. The yard was great for corn hole and relaxing. Close to beaches Scarborough being the best. Easy drive to other places Narragansett, Galilee great for fresh seafood. Definitely book it again.

Summer rental

We rented this home with my Cousin and her children and had a great week. Home is located in a great neighborhood, great for kids to ride bikes or walk to beach. Home was clean and spacious, communication with Erika and Scott was on point. They even left a welcome s'mores kit, which was a hit with the kiddos. I would recommend this home for others.

Perfect relaxing escape!

Upon arrival we were all shocked at the spacious layout of the house. As a family of 5 plus dog, the teens were able to relax downstairs with all they needed. Thank goodness for the ping pong table as we got a semi rainy week but they didnt mind at all. House had all we could possibly need with well equipped kitchen, gorgeous deck, very comfortable living area and space for big dinners inside and out. Super peaceful friendly neighborhood- so nice to have so much space between neighbors. Looking forward to renting again next year!!

Could have been better. Screens and deck furniture and ping pong table needed to be replaced. Bathroom sink drain was broken. Terrace door was hard to slide. Living room, bedrooms and kitchen were fine.

Great neighborhood and comfortable house

We stayed here for one week with 4 adults, 2 kids and a dog. The house was comfortable, like a home away from home. We really felt like we could relax and enjoy ourselves - we were surprised upon arrival with a s'mores kit, which the kids thoroughly enjoyed! The walk to the Roger Wheeler beach was not too far, but would not recommend it if you have to carry a lot of items. Close to great seafood in the Point Judith area - recommend Champlin's! The lighthouse is just a short drive away, and downtown Naragansett as well. It was quiet, super peaceful, can't wait to come back again!
