We do require a rental agreement to be signed before arrival. Sorry, no pets per HOA rules. No smoking, no parties, no events.
Minimum age to book is 25. We do have a doorbell camera at the front door facing away from the cabin that records audio/video.
Only two parking spots available. Pool will be open in Summer 2024, but we do not have the exact dates yet.

Great location. Close to everything. Had to buy our own toilet paper and I am used to more communication from the host with regards to accessing the unit and check out. The steps to the beach needed to be cleared off which made it hard to go back and forth from the unit to the beach. Nice stay overall.

Suite Caroline is a nicely appointed condo located on the ocean with a short walk to a dune top deck overlooking the beach and shore. Deck is perfect for an evening beverage or for coffee and watching the sunrise. Rooms are well furnished and bed is very comfortable. Leave the bedroom doorwall cracked to fall asleep to the ocean sounds. Host was easy to work with and responded quickly to all my questions. Location is also very close to several very nice restaurants.

Beautiful Beachfront Stay

This property had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend at the beach. We lived being right in the beach. Communication was clear and prompt. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked.

Get away birthday celebration

My husband and I took my mom and step dad to the outer banks to celebrate his birthday. The place was perfect - it was exactly what we needed. The layout, cleanliness, amenities and proximity to the beach were exactly what we had in mind. I will visit again this spring.
