On the shores of beautiful Norris Lake! This relaxing Tennessee home is in a wooded, quiet, no wake, deep water cove. In the Cove Pointe Community on a wooded lot (Big Creek area). Perfect for swimming with little boat traffic.
Recently renovated with an open concept design, this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom rancher home is in LaFollete, TN. Hidden away, but close to Shanghai, Whitman Hollow, Sequoyah, and Stardust marinas where boat and jetski rentals, and lakeside dinning are available.

Updated with comfortable furnishings, the home sleeps up to 12. Our kitchen is equipped to make gourmet meals. The open concept floor plan feels like home.

Our floating, covered dock has a slip, large swim platform with ladder, floating lily pad, 2 kayaks, and life jackets for use. Please return to their rightful place when finished.

Great outdoor living spaces with a screened-in back deck, and 3-tiers of decking sloping down to the water. There is a firepit, dining tables, lounge chairs. and rockers. Space for a boat trailer along the road or in the driveway. Parking for up to 4 vehicles in the driveway.

We love dogs and welcome up to a 50 lbs dog for an EXTRA PET FEE. It is expected that you clean up after them. There is a security camera right outside the front door facing the front porch to alert us to your arrival.

Room to park your trailer or RV on the property by the road. Parking for up to 4 vehicles in the driveway. No boat ramp but there are plenty local marinas a few miles away.

Norris Lake is one of the cleanest in the country and was created by the Tennessee Valley Authority's damming up the Clinch and Powell Rivers, making a huge reservoir. The clear blue-green water spans 5 counties, 800 miles of shoreline, and over 33,000 acres of water surface. It's absolutely magical here! Current lake level as of 6/24/23 is 1,016.16 ft.

About Your Stay…
This is our personal lake house. We put a lot of love into the design, decor, layout, and extras. We hope you feel relaxed and at home here and hope you have a wonderful time too. Please help yourself to anything you find in the closets, drawers, or cabinets. Please return things where you found them and make yourself at home.

Please reach out if you have any questions about anything during your stay.

We will provide you with a code for keypad access to the front door to use during your stay. The code is needed to enter.
Arrival time is anytime after 4:00pm and departure is anytime before 10:00 am. Please plan your stay around these times due to our cleaning schedule.
*Parking is provided free. Feel free to park under the carport or in the driveway.
We do have a ring doorbell security camera to alert us to guest arrivals at the front door. It faces toward the front porch from the house.
*Boat trailers can park on our property alongside the road
*Pets are permitted if pre-arranged and a pet fee will be included in rental fees.
*Prior to your arrival make sure your phone is set up and compatible for WIFI calling. Cell service on the lake is very spotty, but wifi is provided at our house.

Checklist of some items you should bring with you:
*Beach towels (I have bath, hand towels, and kitchen towels).
*Paper products/ supplies. Including extra paper towels, toilet paper, napkins, etc. (1 roll of Paper Towels should be in kitchen and 1 roll of Toilet paper should be in each bathroom)
*Toiletries (toothpaste, toothbrush, soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash)
*Sunscreen
*Sports equipment
Bikes and helmets
*Additional water sport/lake items

Internet/ WiFI-The internet at the lake house is a satellite based internet. This means it’s subject to weather-during heavy rain you may not be able to access it. Located on the bottom of the router on the fireplace:

House Rules
We are located in a quiet, tranquil cove. Sound echoes and noise travels. Many of our neighbors live here year-round and are here for the tranquility. We ask that you respect the neighbors. The Lake is a great, fun place. Please enjoy it but save loud music, loud noise, and horse play for the Lake, not the cove.

-No loud music (All music must be played at a normal listening level on the dock or decks) Please try to keep all music inside the house after dusk.

-No loud noise

-NO FIREWORKS OF ANY KIND

-No-wake zone in the cove. Boats and jetskis must operate at idle speed until out of the cove. Wake produced by boats or Jet ski can cause serious damage to other boats that are on the neighbors docks. Personal injury may also result from moving too fast on watercraft so close to other people and property.

-Do not lean on the screens or railing of the screened in back deck.

-No smoking in the house or the deck. If you do smoke outside, please dispose of the cigarette butts safely and properly.

-Empty trash in the trash cans under the carport.

-Dishwasher- please only use the dishwashing detergent we provided. Do not put Dawn in the dishwasher.

-Please respect the neighbors (noise levels, etc.)

Departure Checklist

If you notice any damages or problems, please let us know right away. If any damages happened over your stay-accidents happen and we understand- please let us know so we can resolve the issue for the next guest .

Please do not leave any food items in the refrigerator or freezer.

Please wash all dishes or load them into the dishwasher and run it before you leave

Take all trash to outdoor trash cans in the carport before you leave. No loose trash, please bag all trash.

Wash a load of either towels or sheets.

Make sure back door is closed

Make sure all doors, windows and sliding glass doors are closed and locked.

Lock the front door with your key co


Arrival Checklist for
WiFi: found on the black router on the fireplace.

The cleaning service should have one roll of toilet paper and hand soap in each bathroom and paper towels in the kitchen. There should also be kitchen trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher pods, clean hand towels, and fresh kitchen sponge. You are responsible for any additional needs.

Please enjoy your fully equipped kitchen. We have a Keurig Coffee maker. Microwave, Toaster/air fryer/convection oven in-one. Fire extinguisher is under the kitchen sink.
