The house sits next to the Cape fear museum and catty corner across the street from Wilmington downtown fire station. Located on 8th and Market Street, the space is just a few minutes walk to the heart of downtown. The apartment has a well-equipped large eat-in kitchen with a full-size refrigerator/ oven/ stove/ microwave/ dishwasher and washer & dryer, and a midcentury modern dining table and 4 chairs. The bedroom is spacious and pretty with a new queen bed, a sofa and a desk. Additionally there is a full bath and a large hall that doubles as living space. WIFI signal is strong as it is shared with the business housed downstairs. This space is comfortable and visitors feel welcome here.

About the host
Hosted by ania Welin

I live with my family in a big 100-year-old rambler in sunny Wilmington, NC. I am involved in my community and am Mom to three lovely and spirited people. I am a fan of many things, including books, travel, coffee, yoga and friendship. My kids and I are dual citizens of the US and the EU, and have done a fair amount of traveling but have not yet lived overseas. I hope to spend the second part of my life everywhere.
