We were attracted by the small town charm of Wilmington's historic district that reminds us of our Capitol Hill neighborhood in Washington without the congestion and traffic! History around every corner coupled with great restaurants, museums, historic homes, the Riverwalk, theaters, and concerns at Live Oak Pavilion - all within walking distance!

What makes this property unique

Tastefully decorated with premium bedding and all the conveniences of home. We've tried to include everything to make your stay more enjoyable. Plus, dog-friendly! As dog-parents, we understand the challenges of finding pet-friendly travel accommodations, especially for large dogs. So, we wanted to create a space that was welcoming of the entire family including your fur baby!
