We moved to Wilmington in 2005 from Kernersville NC. We have really grown to love the Wilmington area. It is an awesome place to visit, BUT, better place to live!

Why they chose this property

When we first moved to Wilmington we lived downtown. We absolutely loved the downtown area and what it has to offer. You can enjoy the riverwalk, live music, live shows, great art, dinner cruises and many wonderful restaurants. This property is only 10 - 15 minutes to local beaches.
