Beautiful home on Lords Point in Stonington CT with lots of parking on large lot

Our home just had a full renovation completed on 6/15/23. It's a 4 bedroom home with large kitchen. AC upstairs and downstairs. Beautiful ocean view with just a short walk to 4 private beaches. Sits next to a large conservation area to watch birds, deer,and the occasional fox right out of the window. It is located on Lords Point right between Stonington and Mystic.

Wonderful Stay in Stonington

We thoroughly enjoyed our week in this rental house. Beautifully remodeled and very well equipped. The owner was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. Situated in a lovely neighborhood with just a five minute walk to the waterfront. We would definitely come back here!

Perfect summer hout

The property was well maintained and in a beautiful neighborhood. It was close to private beach areas and Rhode Island beaches were nearby. The house had all the amenities that were needed to make a perfect week’s stay. It was excellent.

Fantastic Home Base for USCGA Events!

House is in a historic coastal community that is a world away from Chase Hall (but only @ 20min away).It slept 7 extended family members very comfortably.Upstairs has two bedrooms (each w/ a Queen bed) and a full bath with a landing that has a door (making a little getaway area with increased privacy).Views of the wetlands are phenomenal and peaceful. Great private backyard with fauna galore. We spent a lot of time at the breakfast bar talking and watching the world outside.

This home has been in our family since 1951. My wife and I purchased it and are currently doing a complete remodel to be completed June 15, 2023. We will update all interior photos once it is finished and furnished. The outside was completed in 2022.

Why they chose this property

This home is located on Lord's Point which is a beautiful private community between Stonington and Mystic. The location is excellent. There are private beaches and a large pier and swimming area for the kids. We have two lots so have plenty of room for parking and playing for the kids!
