2 bed 1.5 bath sunlight filled Farmhouse with water views of Wequetequock Cove. Private yard with stone patio and a shaded picnic table and front porch facing the water and a beautiful enclosed sunroom. Updated 1851-built house with lots of character!
Primary bedroom upstairs with queen bed and water views + second bedroom upstairs with two twin beds. Added twin bed in office on main floor. Full bathroom upstairs with toilet room off the kitchen on the main floor. New mini-split Air Conditioning system installed. Laundry access can be arranged for 1 week or longer stays.
Less than 10 minutes to Mystic, Westerly and Stonington Borough and less than 5 minutes from Saltwater Farm Vineyards and Stone Acres Farm. Rent kayaks across the street at the marina, or go hiking on Barn Island Preserve. Enjoy beautiful sunsets from the front porch or sun room!
Please note: there is an exterior camera on the detached garage, facing the side door of the house for extra security.
