Welcome to Kokomo Palms!

This relaxing getaway is a single family, canal front home located on Big Pine Key. It offers two bedrooms and one bathroom. Four guests maximum. Situated on a key deer nature preserve, you can watch the sunset view from your front porch every evening. With a large concrete dock it offers plenty of room for your boat. Quick access to back country or ocean side. There is a large, spacious yard with an updated, comfortable interior. You are located 10 minutes from the local grocery store, 20 minutes to Marathon and 40 minutes to Key West! Come embrace the Key’s lifestyle and all is has to offer!

No smoking allowed on property. No parties or large groups as this is a quiet neighborhood.

Maximum sleeping capacity is 4.

County zoning requires a minimum rental period of 28 nights. No exceptions!

Lots of safe biking on BPK and also many sweet key deer to observe. Close to Marathon and Key West for variety. House was clean and tastefully decorated.

We thoroughly enjoyed our month-long stay here. The host goes above and beyond to supply everything you would need (including spices, all the kitchenware we could need, trash bags, soap, etc.) The beds were super comfy. We loved th screened in deck, so the baby and dog could get fresh air while still being contained. We got to use the paddle boards and bicycles and the downstairs fridge was so helpful for storing ice for our fishing trips. The house and grounds really were the perfect size for our family of 4 (mom, dad, two little kids) plus our medium sized dog. The canal is clean and easily accessible, the neighbors are friendly, the neighborhood is lovely to bike around in the evenings. There's almost always a breeze to keep any bugs away - which really weren't an issue unless it was dusk. And the grill works great! I can't say enough positive things about our stay and the amenities!
