Stunning views, clean and safe property. We checked in quite late and were guided through the check in process via a helpful call from the owner. We loved that we could walk right out to the ocean. My family of five fit nicely in the unit utilizing the pull out couch in the living room as a third bed.
The location of the place is amazing really really amazing, great beach, great view, great food all walking distance. The complex is great but lots of rules, regulations and fines. They keep us safe and comfortable but also add some stress to any vacation. The unit itself needs some attention, lights in the bedroom doesn't work, couch has lots of tears, and the place was not very clean. Think of the place as a hotel more than a VRBO. The place also lacked basic amenities, like coffee filters, toilet paper and soap ( they had a roll of TP and a small bar of soap for a family of 5 for 5 days). We had 2 other families with us and both of their units where better kept. Check in was very organized, I do recommend this place, will probably stay there again, it is a bit expensive.

Rindala thank you for staying with us.
In regards to you notes. The Capri By The Sea is a residential building that allows vacation rentals and yes there are rules that benefit owners and renters. I’ve never heard of anyone in 39 years being stressed about it. In the future we have cleaning and maintenance staff ready to re-clean or repair anything of need. You just need to call or stop buy our office next door to the building. Light bulbs go out so it’s a pretty easy fix if you told us. Leather furniture naturally cracks and we gladly replace it when it gets to its worst point. My cleaning staff is the best in the area for 25 years running. Beach areas are tough to keep completely clean because as soon as you open the doors the ocean breeze pushes dust and sand particles within minutes. I still back my cleaning staff to any one. The amenities were all there to start you off in the drawers. Keep in mind we are not a hotel with daily service. Lastly not sure why a family of 5 rented a one bedroom condo it seems a bit small for your group. Try and rent during non holiday periods for better pricing.
Take care
