A Great location for Relaxation or connecting to everything - you have both at this upscale South Mission condo, located on the quieter side, just steps from the soft sands of Bonita Cove or a few minutes walk to the beautiful Pacific surf!
Beach towels umbrellas and toys for the kids! Parking is tight but Sea World, San Diego Zoo, Little Italy and Padres baseball are only minutes if you decide to Uber. Cozy restaurants and cafés, ‘The Plunge’ Indoor heated pool and luxury FIT Gym are easily walkable if you decide to just pamper yourself and Relax at one of San Diego’s Best vacation beaches!⛱️

Local convenience market is just a couple of blocks walking distance. VONS on Midway Drive or Peoples Market in OB are less than a 10min drive.

Family vacation

Great location for a family beach vacation

The location of this place was great, and the place itself was well-equipped with beach toys and kitchen supplies. Beds were also very comfortable. The garage was too small for our vehicle (Ford Escape), but parking in the public lots down the street was easy. Bill was very accommodating, allowing us to check-in early and check-out late. If you're travelling with small children, the stairs are a bit treacherous (tile with metal edging). The downstairs living area also felt pretty cramped with our group of 3 adults, 3 kids and a 18 month old. Keeping sand out of the place was also hard with kids (no outdoor shower or rinse station or anything).

Great beach location

Close to bay and ocean

Beautiful location if you love the water. Conveniently located between the bay and open ocean so you can choose waves or not. Owner was very conscientious and responsive. We were very happy with our stay.

Great Experience

The unit was close to everything! A very short walk to both the ocean and the bay. Restaurants and entertainment also just steps away. Easy access to the airport, downtown San Diego and points beyond. Owner was very helpful and communicative when needed. Highly recommend!

Great getaway!

This condo was perfect for our family of 5 - everyone had their own space and we were within walking distance of restaurants, entertainment, and the ocean AND bay! To top it off, our host- Bill - went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable. It definitely was!

Great stay on the quiet side of bay

My family of 4 spent 4 nights at the property. Our little ones loved playing in the bay, and my wife and I enjoyed the barefoot walks to the beach. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The bay was super quiet while the beach was a bit busier. Had beach chairs and sand toys for the kids. Would stay again

Loved everything about the condo. The location was great. The condo was clean and updated. Just a note that the garage space does not fit a mid size suv. There is other parking near by.

Walk to beaches!

We had a great time- property is walkable to beaches, belmont park, the plunge and several restaurants. Space is tight (it's still the city!) but plenty of room for a family of 5. We were able to fit a minivan into the garage spot if we left the door up :). Bill was very friendly and easy to communicate with- we loved all of the recommendations that he provided. Great spot!!

Two Beaches

This property was just what our group needed for our visit to San Diego. We enjoyed walking to the beach and ate at a local restaurant. The host was very communicative and even let us check in a few hours early. The kitchen has everything you might need for cooking if you wanted to. Our only issue was the upstairs shower, we could not figure out the tricks to make it work properly. The weather was very hot when we stayed, but there were fans in the bedrooms and an AC unit downstairs. Thanks for sharing your property, we had a fun visit!

Central Mission Beach location

Loved our stay here. Didn't spend a ton of time in the apartment but had plenty of room & amenities when we were there. So nice having the Nespresso machine for a morning coffee. Great location! 2 comments: - The downstairs shower is a MUCH nicer experience than the upstairs shower (water pressure!). Both totally work but I like water pressure. - The garage is wide enough to accommodate most vehicles but is very short. We had a Jeep Wrangler (not actually that long of a car) that was probably 2+ feet too long for the door to close, so parked in the nearby neighborhood lot.

Great vacation property and amazing host

Overall we had an amazing stay. The house was kept up very nicely and very clean which is huge. The host was easy to communicate with, extremely accommodating and kind. The little things we didn’t like about the place was compensated with the great host haha. In all honestly if you have an suv the parking situation isn’t ideal. The garage and space to get into the garage is very tight. If you can’t fit you have to park down the street, which isn’t too far, but not convenient with young kids like us. I still gave it all the stars however because I don’t think it was a big enough issue when almost everything else was great! Just something to be aware of I think. They provided many things that made it easy to stay there without having to go and buy it all…like beach towels and toys, laundry and dish soap, etc. I think looking from the outside it doesn’t look like the most amazing place and the area is meh, but inside they’ve done a great job of making it nice and new and clean so we were pleasantly surprised haha! Overall I give it 5 stars. It’s easy to get to the bay and beachside isn’t too far either. The house was nice, clean and stocked and like I said the host was wonderful and so easy to communicate with and he responded quickly as well!
