Nestled across from the Ashokan Reservoir on a private compound, you can enjoy the beauty of nature in true comfort. Four guests can share the 2-bedroom studio, the main bedroom with a queen bed and a sleeping loft that can accommodate 2/3. Create you favorite meals in our full kitchen, complete with a Bosch dishwasher, gas stove, and full sized refrigerator/freezer. Hike the Ashokan Rail Trail or ski at Bellayre, Windham or Hunter Mountains. Soak in the Bullfrog Hot Tub when you're ready to wind down from your day. The many cultural highlights of Woodstock, Phoenicia, Kingston & Rhinebeck await.

Gather used towels
Remove personal items
Turn off the lights
Leave all towels on the bathroom floor, wash pots by hand and dishes in the dishwasher. Leave the trash inside -we will remove it. Turn off all lights, fans and splits. Enjoy!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
A $50 pet cleaning fee is required for up to a 3 night stay. ALL DOGS ON LEASH outside the studio. Dogs are NOT allowed in the Loft or Hot Tub.
NOTE REGARDING LONG TERM RENTALS: There is a $130 housekeeping fee required every two weeks, payable up front to -------- or directly to owner in cash
The screened "Star Room" is a delicate environment for your pet. If screens or furnishings are damaged, it will be deducted from the deposit.
