OCCUPANCY LIMIT 14 This is a gorgeous 3-bedroom (plus bunkroom) 2.5 bath year-round home on Bachelder Brook with direct access to Sebago Lake. In a protected cove with a large dock and approx. 99 feet of beach frontage. The main floor has an open floor plan that leads directly onto a great deck with views of the water and beach. There is one bedroom with a queen and a full bath on the main floor. The lower level has a queen bedroom and a bunkroom. The bunk room has a bunk bed with 2 Queen beds and a trundle twin bed. There is also an additional King mattress that can be used in the bunkbed room. The lower level also has an additional sitting area, bar area, and a half bath with a washer and dryer. The main bedroom/main bath suite on the upper level has a king and queen bed and a slider to a balcony. The landscaping and stonework is a great bonus. DOG CONSIDERED WITH $125 FEE

The house was beautiful, the beach was awesome to sit on and enjoy. The dock was super convenient to dock my boat. The property manager was very easy to get a hold of and accommodating. I would stay here again.

Family vacation

The location was fantastic for our 4 kids under 3. The beach was so relaxing and perfect to wade into the lake. The house worked but I will say it did not have much in it. Be sure to pack everything you think you need(including an air conditioner which we needed for our surprisingly hot week in July).

Nice location to stay with little kids. Sandy beach with a gradual entry to the water. Only drawback was the geese that liked to hang out and do their business on the beach. But the rental had the rakes available so you could rake it up.Upstairs master bedroom with a king bed and an alcove with a queen bed. Main floor with a small queen, downstairs with a small bedroom with small queen. Then the bunk/family room with additional sleeping options.

Family trip

This house was beautiful and in a great location. You can’t beat the yard with access to your own private beach that was perfect for the kids to play on and swim. The boat dock was also a plus. Eric was very easy to communicate with and readily available if we needed anything. The house sleeps 11 comfortably like previously stated in another review. The bed under the bunk beds is a twin and the two rooms with single beds were a full sized mattress. Overall it was a great trip and we would definitely stay there again!
