You'll find the home in good original condition, and has not been renovated.

CHECKIN
You'll receive the lockbox code the morning of your arrival- and will have 2 keys available during your stay.

AIRCON
There are 2 15000 BTU window units. 1 located in the living/dining/kitchen area, the 2nd located in the bedroom with the queen bed. The smaller room with a twin bed/desk has a 5000 BTU window unit. These units work great to keep the unit cool! But if you want an ice box this isn't the place for you.

AMENITIES
If I missed something let me know and I will get it replaced quickly.

Plenty of TP, paper towels, trash bags etc; no rationing.

ROKU or Firestick TV (no cable)

Fully stocked kitchen with microwave, coffee maker, cooking oil, dishes, cookware, crockpot, coffee maker & coffee, blender, toaster.

*This was previously a single family home, consists of a main unit and a secondary unit. Some noise does travel from one unit to the other.

PARKING
There is room for 1 car to park off street, plus plenty of free street parking.

OUTDOOR SPACES
Covered front porch with seating,
paver pad with a dining table & umbrella. Theres also a 2 burner gas grill, it's not in the greatest shape but I've used it recently and it works just fine.

The area around the front porch and the side yard is fenced in- but please no kids or pets outside unattended! At some times of the day people drive fast down this street!! Updated pictures coming soon.

SMOKING
You're welcome to smoke outside, pick up your butts-$75 charge if I have to do it for you. No smoking of anything indoors.

PETS
Up to 2 pets welcome- no divas (reactive, aggressive as it's a 2 unit property). Inquire if you have more than 2. You'll need natural or pharmaceutical flea and tick prevention. You're expected to pick up the poop immediately. $75 charge if I have to do it for you.

Regular pest control is performed on the property, however this is Florida people! An occasional bug or 2 may find it's way inside.
