I am a fourth generation Arizonan and our family loves everything Tucson, Arizona. The Historic Rincon Heights home is conveniently 2 minutes walking distance to the University of Arizona, nearby shopping on 4th Ave, great restaurants Downtown, and many outdoor activities to enjoy year round.

The property is centrally located with a lovely rear patio for relaxing with family and friends. Located less than 5 minutes away from the Tucson Convention Center, 4th Avenue, and many local restaurants, breweries, and vendors to enjoy.
