Relax in this spacious, pet-friendly 1950’s ranch-style home, perfect for longer stays. Recently remodeled, it’s located 2 miles from the UofA and Banner Medical Center, and within a mile of several restaurants and gyms. Enjoy a desk space, high-speed internet, a fully stocked kitchen, blackout curtains, and quality mattresses. The large fenced yard includes a shaded dining area, BBQ, AC, and on-site laundry for a stress-free stay.
Please Note: While the home is conveniently located just off a main road—making it easy to access shops, restaurants, and local attractions—it's not tucked away in a secluded or ultra-quiet area.
***The unit is part of a duplex, and we kindly ask guests to be mindful of noise, especially between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM, to help maintain a peaceful environment for everyone. In particular, the living room of this unit shares a wall with the smaller, neighboring unit’s bedroom, so a little extra consideration in that space goes a long way.***
While most guests in the neighboring unit have enjoyed a quiet and restful stay, as with many shared structures, some sound transfer is possible. We truly appreciate your thoughtfulness and cooperation in making this a great stay for all!

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Turn off the AC.
If you used an actual key, please return it to the lockbox attached to the wrought iron door. Scramble the digits of the lockbox after returning the key.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
