The casita was just as described and clean as could be! There were endless amenities and supplies if you needed anything. The host gave us very clear instructions before, during, and after our stay. Truly a great experience all the way around! Would be happy to stay there again!
Such a lovely place to stay near the U of A. Diane was awesome and checked in to make sure all was well. I would definitely stay here again. A very nice, clean and modern casita.
Such a clean and cozy place! It was the perfect spot for our weekend trip to the University. Would highly recommend.
Thank you for sharing your home with us!
My family and I came back to Tucson for Arizona Homecoming weekend. The Casita was extremely nice. It was in a great location about 15 minute walk to campus! Diane the host was incredible and was frequently making sure we were enjoying our stay. Highly recommend!
Perfect if you want to be close to the U of A. The neighborhood is walkable and safe, with many dining options. Full kitchen plus washer and dryer. Amenities are clean and beautiful. Luxurious surroundings.
Clean, nicely decorated, comfortable, great location for us attending our Grand-daughter's wedding in Tucson. Well appointed, well supplied with things I would have at home, and then some! Some kitchen gadgets were new in-box. Diane thought of pretty much everything a traveler can use when away from home. We had a quiet and peaceful stay at her Casita C. -Mary and Chuck
This property was very nice, clean, and appealing and the host was very responsive to our questions and provided solutions when we had issues during check in. Diane's quick thinking and problem solving was greatly appreciated!

Thank you, Stephanie. I am glad we got that hiccup taken care of quickly. Some house issues pop up with zero warning, and we were happy we were able to get you taken care of. You are welcome back anytime
Modern kitchen. Very clean and comfortable . Quiet area. I love what they did for decorations. I was able to reach the owner/manager of the property as needed.
Great place close to the UofA and downtown. Very cute clean and comfortable. Updated casita that was extremely comfortable and perfect for my daughter and I. The place felt very homey! Diane was a great host, very communicative and responsive. The information book in the casita was detailed with great information about the casita and area. It was very helpful and answered a lot of my questions without the need to reach out to the host. Great place to stay and will definitely book again. Thank you!

💜 I'm so glad you were comfortable here. Cont back any time!
Casita C is just as clean and cute as the photos indicate. My husband, adult daughter and I stayed for 4 nights. My daughter slept on the pull out bed and said that it wasn’t the most comfortable but….its a pull out bed so we weren’t expecting it to be super comfy. It was definitely better than a blow up mattress or the floor:-). We will definitely stay here again when we visit our other daughter.
This was my 2nd time staying in one of Diane ’s properties- she is extremely responsive & easy to reach. The Casita was super clean, modern, roomy, comfortable & fully equipped with anything you need. The location is so perfect- less than 2 min drive to campus, & I love that there’s a washer & dryer, parking & easy, keyless access into the house. Check-in & out was a breeze. I’ll definitely book here again! FIVE STARS!! Thank you, Diane!

We were happy to have you back and hope to see you stay with us again.
We were in Tucson for our grandson’s birthday, and we wanted to stay within walking distance of our daughter and son in law’s house. This lovely casita fit the bill and then some! It was super easy to check in (and out) of, very well decorated and appointed with everything one could possibly need, and extremely comfortable. Diane responded very quickly to messages, and was so easy to work with: he when I asked if we could change our reservation from 5 days to 3, she was super flexible and amenable, issuing me a refund immediately. We would not hesitate to book this cute casita again!

We are just two people who love to travel and drink coffee. I bake, practice Kung Fu, eat good food, and relax with friends. I love a good renovation and working on this property has been so much fun.
My parents grew up in Tucson and my family and I were tired of renting houses for holidays and special events. We decided to buy a property so we could have a home base in Tucson. This house is minutes from several family members and is so close to downtown. When we saw that it was in the coveted Sam Hughes neighborhood we jumped on it. What a great neighborhood!
I am not in the area but can be reached by replying to messages or, in the case of an emergency, my phone number is in the digital guide book that will be emailed to you before check in. We hope you are comfortable in our home.
Why they chose this property
I love everything about this property. We knew it would take some time to fully restore it but we have had a great time working on it. There are three houses and a bunkhouse on the property. They have separate entrances and a shared courtyard.
Casita C is an adorable, bright and cheerful one bedroom house. The living room has a queen size pullout couch. The house is small but very comfortable.
The front house is the original structure on the property and is so beautiful with its built-in shelves, original fireplace, and crown moldings. The casitas are newer but still have so much charm. Old houses have so much soul.
This house was pretty neglected and it has taken us some time just to get it cleaned up and into the 21st century. We are tackling the large courtyard now and it is turning out amazing.
What makes this property unique
This property was built in 1938 and was in disrepair when we bought it. We have made vast improvements to the structures. The houses were our first priority and we are now working on the landscaping. It shares a large courtyard with the other casitas on the property and has several sitting areas and a firepit for guests to relax. This house is in the perfect spot to walk to restaurants, bars and coffee shops.
