Welcome to Grace by the Sea, a spacious beach house that is perfect for family vacations or trips with friends. Location is everything down the shore and our home is only a half-block, two-minute walk to the beach, ensuring smooth days and hassle-free trips to/from your spot by the ocean—we even have outdoor showers you can use when you return! Our home has 3 floors with many bedrooms, lounges, two kitchens, and an outdoor oasis with a hot tub, dining, and relaxation area.


Peaceful, residential, and quiet beach community on the Jersey Shore.
You can drive to local spots or walk along the beach or boardwalk to visit neighboring towns. We have a driveway and there is often street parking available.

We had a lovely stay! Very large home with plenty of room for large groups, especially spacious common areas. The house is beautiful and full of charm. The area is wonderful, so perfectly close to the beach and walkable downtown.

Great location for families with a large group, 20 minute walk from Asbury boardwalk or downtown. Host was very accommodating allowing an early check-in and always very responsive with answers to all questions.

60th birthday celebration

Very nice location. Quite comfortable despite the age. Kitchen gadgets take a bit of getting used to, especially the oven, but the owners were very helpful when we asked them for help.

Grace by the Sea

The house was as described. The house was roomy, comfortable and sleeps up to 18 as listed. There was plenty of space to spread out weather inside, on the wrap around porch, yard or multi level decks. Beach views from the front porch were beautiful, hot tub was relaxing. Hosts were responsive & so accommodating a pleasure to rent from. Definitely would rent & stay again.

Wonderful Home!

As a group of 17 girls traveling from 5 different states, this home provided everything that was needed. After having a last minute cancellation on a previous home, we were in a panic. The owners here have saved our entire weekend. Their responsiveness, their assistance and their positive hospitality made for a relaxed and comforting stay. This home was a true blessing in disguise and we couldn’t be more appreciative. With enough space for everyone, a quick walk to the beach and a nice walk into town, this home on Bradley Beach is one to recommend!

Amazing location and lots of space for a large family celebration

We stayed for a 70th birthday celebration and had enough space for our huge family of 12 adults and 11 kids. The location was perfect - a few houses down from the beach and even included some beach passes. The house is totally quirky with narrow steep staircases typical of old large homes like this! The only other thing is the kitchen doesnt have much room to prep food but we didnt plan to cook much in the house for the weekend. Ended up ordering pizza from Del Ponte's and it was amazing! The salads were really fresh and tasty too! The owners were extremely responsive and really helpful with any questions we had. Would definitely recommend staying here if you have a big crowd looking to be near the beach.
