This condo is located on the quiet north end of Seven Mile Beach. You are steps from the beach and the clear blue water of the Caribbean. Swim or snorkel right outside your condo. Relax on the uncrowded sandy beach, soaking up the sun or in the shade of a thatched hut. There is a beachfront swimming pool and hot tub for your enjoyment.
Two pickleball courts and tennis courts are available for guests.

When you are finished using the beach, you will enjoy the comforts of home. The condo has been renovated with all of the modern amenities, from stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops in the kitchen to wide screen flat panel LCD HD TVs in the living area and both bedrooms , DVD player in the living area. Also included in the unit, is free Wi-Fi, a large DVD library (over 100 titles) and sand toys. Local calls as well as calls to the US and Canada can be made free of charge from the unit. For your convenience, there is a washer/dryer in the unit. Being on the third floor allows you to have a spectacular view of the ocean. Nothing is more romantic than watching the sunset from your lanai.

The bathrooms in the condo have been completely renovated. We have installed new floating vanities, floor to ceiling Spanish tile, new showers and new modern Kohler fixtures. We have also replaced the floor in the entire condo with tile, also imported from Spain that incorporates the newest technology -- non-slip when wet but smooth when dry. The bedroom furniture has been replaced this year with new bedding and spacious storage.

Daily maid service is provided except for Sundays and holidays. Towels and linens are provided. The on-site management is the best on the island. They will help you with all of your needs.

All water sports are available nearby. Many excellent restaurants are a short drive away. A modern supermarket and a liquor store is a little more than 1/2 mile away.
