We had a wonderful stay and I would definitely recommend this place.The condo was very spacious, comfortable, and the price was reasonable. Parking was easy as well.The pool was out of service while we were there but we spent our time on the beach so it did not impact us.

Great vacation

My vacation was relaxing and tree free. Grand View East is an excellent place to stay. Very clean condo, easy access to shopping and restaurants. Will definitely recommend to family and friends. Also we be staying there again.

The rental company servicing this location leaves little to be desired. They did not leave parking passes. They had me looking under beds etc for them. A set were delivered the next day. They advertised beach accessories i.e. beach chairs. The two beach chairs that were there were so rusty you could barely open them. When I addressed the rental company about the issues, they weren't very apologetic at all. The condo itself was very nice and i enjoyed it immensely.

Super stay

We love love loved staying at this vondo. It was so wonderful and convenient to everything. The only thing that was mildly frustrating was when we got up early to set up on the beach only to be to move because beach chairs and umbrellas were set up after us. But you had to pay for them. It was annoying to be paying for a beach front place but not be alloeed to set up in front of where we wete staying unless we bought chairs. Other than that everything was wonderful

There were a few bugs in the condo, railing in balcony was broken, called and they came out to fix it but it wasn’t fixed completely. Bathroom door handle was loose, chair legs are about to fall off several dining room chairs. We didn’t stay in condo much so we didn’t complain about it all. We did call about bugs, to my knowledge they didn’t do anything about them, they halfway fix the railing
