Anna Maria Beach Place 5 is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized prior to your arrival. We pay special attention to high touch areas like remotes, light switches and doorknobs, etc... All bedding is professionally laundered and sanitized with fresh clean comforters or duvets.

Anna Maria Beach Place #5, located in Holmes Beach is a charming beachside complex featuring six units surrounding a heated pool and tropical gardens. Immediately across a rarely traveled, dead end road are the white sandy beaches and the emerald green water of the Gulf of Mexico. It doesn't get much better than this!

Unit 5 at Anna Maria Beach Place is a one bedroom, one bath upper level unit that will sleep four with a king size bed and a queen Murphy bed with a 9" foam mattress. New additions are a 50” TV in the living room with DVD and VCR and a 42" TV in the bedroom. Updated living room furniture and updated kitchen and bath. High speed internet with the expanded cable package and free domestic long distance calling is provided. This unit is fully equipped with everything you'll need so you can relax and enjoy this wonderful Anna Maria Island getaway. Two gas grills, an onsite laundry room with two coin operated washers and dryers, plenty of beach chairs. This hidden treasure will sleep a total of 24 and is a perfect spot for family reunions and get-togethers.

The best relaxation spot

My first trip to AMI and it was absolutely fabulous. Great location. Couldn’t be closer to the water and can see the ocean out the front door. The location was quiet and convenient with Publix just down the road. I didn’t rent a car and found I had everything I needed for a relaxing getaway. AMAZING!

Love this property, we’ve stayed there several times over yrs. The TV system didn’t work much but we made do, you need a new router and it seemed that a remote was missing for each tv. (I have Spectrum at home) and the recycling containers were full of trash. I took my recycling home. This place perfect location and my mom used to love it there. This time me, hubby and sister.

We ended up having to have 2 box fans run all night to get any airflow into the bedroom.

Nice Quiet Community

We highly enjoyed our stay at this cute condo. It had everything we needed. Its decor was very nice and modern. The Murphy bed was a nice space saving touch. The kitchen and bedroom was updated. It was located conveniently to the beach. I didn't have to worry about cars as we walked out the complex. This stretch of beach was quiet. You could socially distance easily. The only small drawback was due to the age of the complex the AC unit is in the dining room wall and doesn't reach the bedroom well. The provided lots of fans though. Just be aware. I'd completely stay here again, it was an amazing getaway.

The unit was clean and cozy. The bed was the most comfortable bed ever. Usually we are ready to go home because the beds are uncomfortable but this place made it hard to leave. The beach was just a few steps away and just beautiful. The pool pump wasn’t working the first few days and the water was dirty, but once it was fixed the water was great. The ac unit in unit 5 doesn’t work well in the bedroom so we had fans blowing continuously. We even brought our own after reading other reviews. It wasn’t terrible but could be fixed with a small unit in the bedroom. This is the only negative part of our stay. We love Anna Maria and we hope to return to Anna Maria Beach Place.

There was some kind of really small insects in the kitchen on the countertops. But all in all I would recommend this rental agency and would recommend that property. Me and my wife really liked it and thought it was a really nice place and the location was good and real close to the beach. Had great beach access and really like that chairs and beach towels were provided, being from out of state and flying down that made it really nice. We would definitely stay there again.

The neighbors are friendly (many returnees) and the apartment is up to date and perfect for two people. This is just the spot to see the sunsets and to hear the ocean. The maintenance and rental staff were prompt and helpful.
