This place was adorable inside. If you can get past the lack of landscaping outside, the rest is well worth it. Unique details made it perfect for my sisters low key bachelorette weekend. The neighbors were kind. The location was perfect.
My family and I stay at this property when we were in town for a BBQ. Carol was a wonderful and attentive host, even allowing for an early check-in. The kitchen had plenty of room to host our family breakfasts! Location was easy to get to, with a grocery store and pharmacy just down the street.
Great accommodating home for big family in town for a wedding. Host was communitive with qll ck in details. Funnky, boho definitely describes it! Was perfect for our needs.
The place was exactly as advertised. It worked out perfectly for our family trip. It is definitely filled with many interesting, repurposed items, and is fun to look around. The host was friendly and accommodating.
I feel like the pictures did not do this place justice! The kitchen was huge with so much space! All the bedrooms were very nice and it was great to have so many bathrooms for the 4 bedrooms. The decor is very different and it was fun to stay in a place that was not the typical white walled new construction. Definitely worth a stay if you enjoy something a little different!

Charming Potential
A little disappointed. The photos represent the furniture well, but the property didn’t feel prepared for guests. The yard, porch, back yard felt untended. Inside, it was clean enough, but very musty, and towels/linens were not fresh. Nice location between Providence and Newport. Sweet house, just needs a little TLC.
We were coming to Bristol for a wedding. We were looking for someplace for 4 adults and this one looked perfect. When we pulled up, it looked quite small, but in fact had 4 very good sized bedrooms with comfortable beds, living room, and a big kitchen that made me a bit jealous. There was a lovely very private backyard, all in a quiet family neighborhood only a couple of block from the ocean.
A Keurig machine might have been nice (they did have a regular coffee maker and a French press), but not having one "forced" me to discover The Beehive Pantry. The ginger scones were divine! We also had lunch at the Sakuratani Ramen & Izakaya restaurant. It was very good.
We enjoyed our stay here. I would highly recommend this incredible house.
The description is true, this is an Artsy boho style eclectic quirky cottage. The floors are uneven, the decor is eclectic and the location is good about 2.5 miles to the historic part of Bristol. It's clean but not perfect. We found the beds to be very good and comfortable. Its a quite residential neighbored. The property worked for our short stay. Did not use the kitchen but it appeared well equipped. It a fun/funky old cottage. The smallest bathroom is actually a bit larger than described.

Disliked: Cleanliness, listing accuracy
Disappointing
Run down
Broken light fixtures
No extra toilet paper
Floors uneven and unsafe for older individuals
Small beds for adults over 6 feet
Furniture was broken
Bathrooms were ancient but working
Refrigerator was not clean and had a smell
Cob webs in one bedroom
Run down and distressed property
The house is charming and in a lovely neighborhood. We rented it for two days over RWU graduation weekend, and the location was ideal for that. The house has plenty of space, especially the kitchen! It is clearly lovingly decorated. It would be nice if they added a "house orientation" for guests. We could not figure out the heat and had no idea where to leave trash and recycling. All in all, we enjoyed our stay.
