I have been going away with my girlfriends on Columbus Day Weekend for 52 years. Everyone walked in and the first thing we said was how gorgeous it was and that it was just perfect for us! The bedrooms were spacious, the deck was lovely, and all in all, everything was extremely comfortable for us. The condo was immaculately clean, and we had no problems whatsoever with anything. Also a big plus, Berta is an excellent host, so friendly, informative and kind. There is nothing we would have changed! You go, Berta!

We spent a long weekend here with 4 adults aged 23-26, and 3 adults 55-60 yo. The bedrooms and communal space were bigger than expected. The kitchen and living room too had plenty of area to gather and socialize. The outdoor deck space was generous, with many cushioned chairs and sofas. The rental had a prime location in town. We had wonderfully warm sunny days and comfortable cool nights in early-mid Sept.

We loved the apartment! It was exactly as pictured! It was clean. It was a perfect Bristol location for us! My only note to travelers is it is on a busy street so the front bedrooms can hear the cars and foot traffic from the restaurant below!

We stay here every year for our alumni reunion and it continues to be the perfect place! Always clean, an ideal location, and you can’t beat the deck. Berta is very communicative and accessible. Couldn’t recommend this VRBO more!

We stayed here for graduation weekend and it was the perfect location. We were close to all of the restaurants, shops and Roger Williams University. In the mornings we were able to walk to the coffee shops then sit by the water to take in the scenic views. It was a great weekend!

Perfect location for a wedding across the street at Linden Place. The host was easy to work with and very responsive. The rooms are large with plenty of space to gather and a nice large deck out back, although the deck surrounding is a bit industrial with large fans from the cafe below. That same cafe has a great breakfast and coffee menu, so highly recommend. It can get quite noisy as the location is amid the hustle of the town and next to the Post Office so the sound of mail carriers rolling large mailcarts from the building to their vehicles out back is louder than anyone would expect early in the am. Plan to sleep in eye masks if light bothers you because the lights surrounding the area are bright all night and the plastic mini blinds provide privacy but don’t block the light. Top rating for location, ample space and cleanliness!

Home is exactly as pictured, beautiful little home with lots of space. Very convenient location, everything is walking distance. The only complaint I had was that the walls seemed to be paper thin and could hear everything going on outside from all the rooms.
