MIZZOU condo

Nice condo. Location ok, but close to MIZZOU. Only suggestions: something in the closets to hang a hanger & Kleenex in the bathrooms.

Great for a weekend visit to CoMo!

Great location, just minutes from downtown and the MU campus. Had everything we needed for a great weekend visit. The garage was a nice option for parking since storms rolled through while we were in town. The property owner was helpful and responsive via text during our visit. Thanks for a great stay!

Quick Columbia getaway

We stayed one night for a cross country race. The condo was very nice, quiet, great location!! No problems with getting in and communication was easy and rapid. Would definitely recommend.

Great spot in town!

Very conveniently located near everything in town. House was good. Lots of stairs so be prepared :) the art on the walls is excellent. Couple fit and finish issues in the house but nothing that detracted from the experience at all! Nick was responsive and a superb host. Having a garage was great too!

Stunning

The property is incredible, newly remodeled and updated. If you can’t do or don’t like stairs then you may need to look somewhere else. We knew there were stairs when booking and they did not scare us away. Close to Mizzou campus and right off broadway. Worked perfect for us!

Columbia visit

We enjoyed the privacy and roominess of property. Perfect for our needs. We had a car so not hard to get places but if you aren’t a hill walker, not easy to just walk downtown near Mizzou campus. We visited Warm Springs and Rocheport as well and these were great spots to visit with Columbia as our home base.

Go Girl Race Vacay

The listing is exactly like the property!! It was beautiful and modern. The owner was a delight to work with. It felt like a home and everyone in my party enjoyed it. Only downfall was the lack of cooking items in the kitchen that would have been helpful (were a family that enjoying a cooking while on vacation): a cutting board, rubber spatula, tongs, maybe a few more pots and pans. But not a deal breaker by any means, we made it work. The property was right on a Main Street and you just had to get used to the traffic that goes by, but each room was equipped with white noise machines which was a great touch. The location was also nice. It was within walking distance to the downtown and campus. And other things were an easy 5-10 minute drive. We would absolutely stay again if we’re every in COMO.
