This well-appointed 5-bedroom, 5 bathroom, 2 1/2 bathroom vacation home offers sleeping accommodations for 12-16.

You will be met with pure bliss as soon as you step into this beautiful Four-story waterfront retreat. Northern Palms offers 4 king suites, and a Bunk room that has two full/full built-in bunks, five full bathrooms, and 2 ½ half bathrooms, Northern Palms has space for all!

The kitchen sports ALL GE Café appliances Fridge/Freezer, Stove/Oven, Microwave, two dishwashers and a nugget ice maker great for any beverage. Around the corner from the kitchen will be the Butler’s pantry with an additional wine cooler/fridge for overflow and tons of cabinet storage. This property is fully equipped with anything you may need to prepare a perfect meal.

Northern Palms features a relaxing escape with an elevated pool accommodated with breathing taking views of the Gulf of Mexico. Don’t let the chilly seasons keep you away, this pool can also be heated for an additional fee!

Thinking about where the best Sunset spot is? You found it… the top floor offers a Gulf-front Lounge with access to a large deck with unbelievable views. The Lounge is fully equipped with Drink-wear, bar mixing utensils, nugget ice maker a wine cooler/fridge and a prep sink. This area also features a 65” Smart TV.

The top tier amenities don’t stop there. Here at Northern Palms, guests will be provided with beach chairs, an outdoor shower, a fish cleaning station, AND a grilling area (we do provide a propane tank but do not provide propane) In addition, VIP prioritizes enhancing all of our guests’ experiences when staying on Cape San Blas.
