The Space:
Welcome to your luxurious Nashville getaways, The Alessia and The Adelaide. Each home features 3 beautifully appointed bedrooms and 3.5 modern bathrooms, accommodating up to 20 guests. The third-floor of each residence hosts a serene primary king suite, while the stunning rooftop offers captivating views of the vibrant Nashville skyline, making it the perfect spot for relaxation and entertainment. Located in a safe, gated community just 2 miles from the legendary Broadway, both homes promise a luxurious and unique experience for every guest.

Guest Access:
You'll have access to both homes and private rooftops, including street or parking pad spaces (we do not have a garage and parking is first come, first served).

The Neighborhood:
We are wedged between downtown and Germantown, close to Fisk and Meharry colleges, and moments away from the famed Nashville Farmer's Market, the Nashville Sounds stadium, all the incredible bars and restaurants nearby (Rolf and Daughters, Fifth and Taylor, Vui's Kitchen, City House and SO many more) and a whole host of other activities. We do live in an urban, city neighborhood, that is a mix of new development and Nashville institutions, but we love our location for its convenience and ease to get ANYWHERE in town for an inexpensive ride share.

Getting Around:
Nashville has several transportation options available including Uber and Lyft!

-We cherish our neighborhood and kindly ask that you treat our neighbors and property with the same care as you would your own home.
- We typically do not host local residents and may ask about the purpose of your stay. We reserve the right to decline bookings if necessary.
- All guests are required to sign a rental agreement.
- Guests must be at least 21 years old to book with us.

Interaction with Guests:
