** Please note the home is divided into 3 completely separate units - A / B / C - each with a private entrance and dedicated outdoor space **

Guest Access:

• Guests have exclusive access to Suite A and the front porch. The entrance to the house is on Spring St.



• The house has an electronic door lock and a unique code will be provided that will work for the duration of your stay.



• Onsite parking fits 1 standard vehicle or 2 small cars. If your oversized vehicle doesn’t fit, we offer free street parking passes.



The Neighborhood:

This home is in the most vibrant and walkable area in Charleston. It is 2 blocks from King St, where the city's most famous restaurants are just a step away. Nightlife begins literally around the corner. Convenient to all tourist attractions. The home is in an extremely safe area.

• For security purposes only, there are 4 exterior cameras. One monitoring the entrance to each Suite, and one monitoring our spaces in the shared parking lot.



• There are excessive noise monitors present on the property. These do not record audio - only decibel levels.

Great location, very clean and a beautiful home which included 3 large bedrooms and every amenity you’d need when visiting a home away from home. Tom and Hannah have created a great place to land while staying in Charleston. Not only was it one of the cleanest VRBOs I have stayed in, the location can't be beat. Easy access to everything, even great options to ealk to. Beds were so comfortable, I asked where they were from as I need a new mattress. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. Check in and out are super easy. I wouldn't hesitate to choose staying here again if I return to the area.

We loved our stay. Very cute decor and loved the front porch. Great location - three blocks from King St. Our SUV was too large for the on-site parking behind the home, but it worked out great because the hosts provided street parking passes and we were able to park right in front of the house. The hosts were so great with communication and provided a nice binder in the home of things to do in the area. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect Week!

This was an AMAZING property and my favorite VRBO I've ever booked. Location was awesome and the accommodations were perfect for our group of 3 adults. We loved the living area and the kitchen, and we loved that we all had our own room and bathroom. Hope to stay here again next summer when we are in town!

It is a beautiful home in the heart of downtown. We stayed one night- wish we could have stayed longer but there on business. Would recommend to list restaurants and coffee places in the booklet with addresses for nearby walking distance popular locations. Also note, there’s limited parking at this residence which is clearly stated in the description. Overall, a really great stay!
