1. The view from this unit is breathtaking. Located on the 4th floor of building #1 you can see the ocean and mountains from the kitchen or in the living room and enjoy the beauty of Maui from the lanai.
2. One of Maui's best beaches (Charley Young/ Kamaole 1 beach) is just across the street. Our unit is located in building 1 which is closest to the beach (note: this unit does not face South Kihei Rd.)
3. The condo is equipped with beach chairs, beach towels, umbrellas, and a cooler for your day at the beach.
4. The main bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning unit, a comfortable bed, ceiling fan and mirrored closet doors.
5. The kitchen is equipped with all your cooking needs, has clean granite counter tops and the living room has a 47 inch LCD TV.
6. Free wireless internet and free long distance to Canada and United states!!!!
7. Our condo is walking distance from many shops, restaurants, and grocery stores.
Overall a GREAT value for the view and amenities we offer in the condo!!!!!

We chose to buy this condo due to its proximity to the best beaches in Maui. The shops and restaurants are within walking distance and the amenities in this condominium complex are great with access to the pool, barbecue areas, and tennis courts.
What makes this property unique
Watching the ocean and sunset from the Lanai is breathtaking and our favorite part about the location of our unit. The Maui Vista complex is in an ideal location and close to some of our favorite restaurants.
