This is our second stay at the Magnolia Barn. It is spacious, clean and good condition. Terrific for a large party with plenty of rooms. The place has lot of character and space to hang out with a large family or friends. Can't beat it for a fun weekend in Tallahassee.

The property was super clean! We had a large group including kids and were really impressed with the property. There were plenty of rooms, clean linens, bathrooms were clean and check-in/out were a breeze! The beds were comfortable too! We will definitely consider staying here again in the future!

FSU/Clemson Weekend

8 kids, 9 adults, 2 grandparents and an awesome weekend in the books 🙌 We traveled from Charleston,SC with friends and neighbors to show them FSU (my husband and I are graduates). This house was perfectly located in that it’s not far from campus and all the things but tucked away as to not feel like you are reliving your college days :) Clean, spacious, and the hosts were awesome to work with. Besides the Noles not winning we left without any disappointments this weekend. Highly recommend!!!!

Spacious Beautiful Home Perfect for Gatherings

Magnolia Barn was perfect for a graduation celebration with friends and family traveling. Multipole gatherings areas allowed adults and young adults to relax in comfort until we gathered in the amazing very large dining room. Bathrooms had amazing lighting, outdoor patio has firepit with seating and dining table, all bedrooms were spacious and stocked with towels, tasty coffee bar was well stocked with new coffee maker and variety of syrups, bonus bedroom off the dining area on first floor was perfect for the mom of the graduate. Location was very convenient with grocery across the street and many stores within 3 min drive. Richard was the perfect host: timely responses and very courteous.. Ample parking available on property. Very clean with small touches that made our stay very enjoyable. HIGHLY RECOMMEND MAGNOLIA BARN FOR YOUR LARGE GROUP STAYS. Take showers at night to ensure maximum hot water. 5 star rating!!!!!

We are a running team and were traveling for a race. This house had 8 comfortable, clean rooms, two enormous eating areas for team dinners, an open concept kitchen, and a spacious family room. There were plenty of towels and the three free standing full bathrooms there was never a line for the bathroom. Kitchen even has two refrigerators. Only thing to note is that the kitchen is only stocked with plenty of the basics (plates, pots, pans, cups, utensils). Make sure to brings your own cooking oils, spices, baggies, tin foil, etc).Host was also very quick in responding to any question I had before the trip. Once at the house everything was so well organized that I had no reason to reach out. If we come back to race here again, we will definitely be want to be back at this house!!!! Thank you for your hospitality!!
