I definitely give this a 5 out of 5. The host was very prompt and friendly. The property was perfect for our stay. Very clean and neat. The parking was for 2 very tight slots. If the owner of the building or complex could put down stripes for the parking that would be awesome but otherwise everything was beautiful and perfect for our stay. Would definitely recommend and stay again

Spacious and neat place, not a loud neighborhood, either. Each room and bathroom combo is rather similar, so room selection is reasonably easy. 4.5 bathrooms is a very nice feature for large groups. Fridge works fine, washer and dryer are good amenities here. Host friendly in messages. Great place overall.

Lots of bathrooms and room to spread out

We enjoyed our stay because it was in a great location. The property was clean and well maintained. As a family of introverts, we enjoyed all the bedrooms and were not bothered by a lack of living room. Plenty of room to gather at meal time.

Nice apartment

It was clean and I rented it because of the number of bedrooms but did not realize it was an apartment and that there wasn't a living room. Other than that it was ideal. Since there is no living room - comfortable chairs at the dining room table would be better

No Sofa, Chairs, or Family Room to Gather

No sofa/chairs or common area. Only a table for 4. Not really set up for 8 people. We chose an VRBO over a hotel to spend time with elderly family. I would recommend 2 more pillows on each bed and more dishes. It would be more beneficial to have a family room with a sitting area. Guest could eat at the bar. There was a lot of trash as you pulled down the street. However, the interior was very clean and nice.

Hi Holly, Thank you for your review. However, I am disappointed to hear that these were your takeaways from the property considering the property in person is just the same as it is shown on VRBO. The need for additional dishes and pillows could have easily been provided with a message to request them. With regards to the trash on the exterior, this property sits in a cul-de-sac with other properties and while we do our best to keep the area clean and free of trash, what may be left behind by others is sometimes out of our control. As I have expressed before, thank you for allowing me to host your stay and I wish you all the best when booking your next trip.

The property was just as described. It had all the basic needs. Immaculate and organized. Enough space to accommodate our group of eight with privacy. The only thing, it does not have a living room or a sitting space. Just a small table that sits only 4 but the property is for 8. There is no way to socialize. It is noted in the description so it is not a complaint, just an observation. Maybe consider at least a loveseat or a small sectional. We went for my son’s graduation and it took care of our needs. The host is VERY responsive.
