If you're looking to spend time on Cobbossee, you can't beat this place for cost and location. 15 minute drive to the lake, super clean and well maintained.
Very nice place. However a couple detailed things to implement to make place even better.
1. Free standing toilet paper holder, rather than placing on back of toilet or floor.
2. Smaller bedroom needs a door for privacy, also needs attention to the drawers as they are painted shut.
3 turn on water to the fridge so that you could utilze the ice maker and water features.
Everything else was great! I appreciated the stop by on check in night when I couldn't figure out the lock system.
We had a very nice stay at the property while we were visiting. The apartment is nicely renovated, it is in a location that is convenient to everything in Augusta, and everything went great. The owners are very friendly and responsive, and it's set up great for a family and a single child.
My mom and I stayed in the apartment for the weekend. I wasn’t 100% sure about the sleeping arrangements based on the listing but it worked out-Mom got the big bed and I got the twin. The place was very clean and well supplied with the basics. I would suggest a lamp or 2 in the living room so you don’t have to use the overhead light. The welcome basket was such a nice touch and we thoroughly enjoyed the snacks! A nice little place to stay for a weekend!
