The rental was clean, good communication with the host. The only negative I can say is the second room said it had one double bed and it actually had two twins. The pictures also reflected one double.

Nice apartment, and very communicative hosts!

This apartment was great -- well cleaned, lots of space, comfortable beds. And the hosts were so kind and communicative, always answering questions very clearly and quickly. Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed two nights in a two-bedroom B&B with my mother-in-law on September 11–12. The apartment was in a very nice area, which made the stay enjoyable overall. That said, the cleanliness could have been a bit better — we found a water bottle under the TV stand, and the bedding didn’t look like it was completely fresh. It wasn’t dirty, just okay. Great spot in midtown

This was a great spot in Midtown Detroit in the heart of the Cultural Center of the City. Easy access to museums, science centre, shopping and food. The hosts were fabulous and very responsive. The apartment was clean and had almost everything I needed. My only request was a kettle to make tea. Loved it! T

The apartment has been fully renovated and modernized. Excellent lighting, new appliances, new toilet, very recently remodeled bathroom and shower. The bed was very comfortable. All the rooms were arranged beautifully. The host was very responsive to my questions; he even named a few restaurants when I asked for recommendations. (He recommended the best restaurant in Detroit. Am I allowed to mention their name in a review? Dear Host, thank you for the recommendation!) The apartment is an easy walk to the Detroit Institute of Art and all the other museums on the Wayne State University campus. That is why we chose this apartment. I truly can't think of anything that I would change. We will reserve this place again when we return in the spring to visit some other museums.

Detroit pair

Check in was very easy to figure out and finding our unit was quick. But when we got there, we discovered dirty utensils in the sink and the most uncomfortable couches. Cute shoe mat though! The bedrooms were mostly clean as well, the master had a clean bed and the second had two twin beds. Tons of natural lighting throughout the unit which was a nice touch! The kitchen was very sparse and also had dirty pans in the cabinets. We opted to wash everything prior to use to be safe. The bathroom was clean but the toilet paper fixture on the wall is not installed properly so it did fall off the wall a couple of times. The sink and shower both have abysmal water pressure so it took a long time for two people to shower on the first day. The towels they provided had long blonde hairs all over/folded into them yet neither of us have blonde hair. We opted to drive back to my house to shower for the remainder of our stay.Unit is as advertised and is in a convenient part of town.
