2,000+ square foot 3 bedroom, 2 bath waterfront salt-water pool home located in Stoneybrook Estates, part of Palmer Ranch.

Lovely, well-maintained home equipped with everything you'll need from linens to beach towels, lounge chairs, gas BBQ and pool toys.

The private screened, salt-water heated pool has a southern exposure allowing for plenty of sun with the covered lanai providing shade when you need it on those hot Florida afternoons. It is very peaceful, overlooking a small pond.

The interior features a split floor plan with combined kitchen and family room, and a large, separate formal living and dining area. Cathedral ceilings in the main living area and master bedroom add to the spacious feeling.

There is also a heated community pool large enough for laps just a 5-minute walk away.

Golf at the Stoneybrook golf course, an 18 hole semi-private course a few short blocks away or at many other area golf courses.

Just minutes away, the Legacy Trail is a cycling, walking, running and rollerblading trail following the former CSX railroad corridor all the way to Venice one way and downtown Sarasota the other way (more than 18 miles in length).

A YMCA is located at Potter Park with extensive facilities and programs for everyone. Public tennis courts also available.

10 minutes to Siesta Key beaches.

45 minutes to Tampa, Busch Gardens, Lowery Park Zoo.

110 minutes to Disney World Orlando.

Lovely home, close to everything

This beautiful home is in a gated, family friendly neighborhood with quick access to beaches, stores, and highway. The gracious owners have thought of everything, and you will feel like a welcome guest instead of a renter. Very clean and well stocked - beach towels, bicycles, board games, and even a computer printer. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly with plenty of sidewalks and serene little lakes. Don't let the low price fool you, this is one of the best.

Home away from home!

We stayed here for few months due to a job change. There was an excellent communication plan in place from day one which made us understand the ins and outs of the subdivision and house very well. We enjoyed the comfortable layout and excellent furnishings. Landlords are great at responding to any need that you might have. Excellent choice!

This beautiful home will exceed your expectations!!

We relocated to Sarasota in June 2014 due to a job transfer. We found this Palmer Ranch house through VRBO. The listing had everything we were looking for. Honestly the listing does not say enough about how truly lovely and complete this rental is. You really don't have to bring anything except your personal items to be comfortable in this house. The house is truly stocked with everything you could possibly need including bikes, pool toys, board games, a stereo, and much more. Their is also an abundance of pots, pans, kitchen utensils, and dishes. The owners could not be nicer and truly care that your stay is a pleasant one. They are always available via phone or email and respond to any problems or questions promptly. The only issue we had was connecting to their WiFi. When we contacted the owners, they immediately had the internet provider call us and send out a technician. This house will make you feel right at home. We especially enjoyed the patio and pool where you can spend hours watching the turtles swim and sun themselves by the pond, or the various water birds flying and diving for food. Our daughter and 10 year old granddaughter visited for a few days and I have to say the 10 year old had as much fun swimming in the pool as going to Siesta Key Beach. The neighbors are friendly and the neighborhood is beautiful. If you are looking for a Florida vacation outside of the hotel/condo experience , this house with its many amenities and it's proximity to so many wonderful attractions, has it all! If we weren't living in Florida now, I guarantee we would be coming back here to vacation!

Fabulous home has everything!

The owners of this lovely home have thought of everything to make their guests comfortable. Centrally located near downtown, beaches and shopping, this Palmer Ranch house is well-furnished and includes every amenity to ensure renters have all the comforts of home. The salt-water pool faces a lake where birds and turtles lounge during the day. The neighbors are friendly and the community is gated so security and friendliness are part of the package. There's a new YMCA that's within biking distance as well as state parks, trails, Casey Key/Nokomis Beach and a variety of restaurants to suit any palate. The owners are incredibly solicitous and genuinely interested in seeing that your stay at their home is enjoyable. This is the perfect rental for anyone who wishes to experience Sarasota.

Very good home

Very comfortable house for couple or family of three or four. We enjoyed our stay and loved the pool. Went swimming every day. would definitely rent again.
